I eventually saw my eye doctor, who confirmed that I had several small cuts/scratches to my eye consistent with irritation from the tape used during the lash application. I reached out to Soleil Lash to explain what happened and ask whether they would reimburse me for the cost of my doctor's appointment. The response I received felt automated and impersonal, and they ultimately denied any reimbursement or refund. I completely understand that accidents can happen, and the fact that I experienced an injury is not actually what disappointed me the most. What bothered me was how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer reaches out because they were injured during a service and had to seek medical care, I would expect the business to at least show genuine concern and make an effort to address the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. I had been willing to return after my first visit, but after this experience and poor customer care afterward, I would not feel comfortable coming back.

I've had many nail techs say how ombré nails look better on longer nails, but Tammy made things work with the nail length I was comfortable with! I was a bit skeptical of the longevity since it wasn't the hard gel I'm used to, but this set legit lasted me over FOUR WEEKS (with the exception of one nail that had gel-ex on because of some previous nail damage)!
