Bought the groupon deal, for $66 for eyelashes worth$150. First time going there, i had a few eyelashes left from a different place 4-5 on each eye tops, and they wanted to charge an additional $35 for removing them! No effort whatsoever to make arrangements to make it happen. Go somewhere else or pay upfront apparently they have hidden fees and there is NOT a price list inside. Im taking my business elsewhere. It is upsetting because I read so many great reviews about this place.. read more

I came in for my first set of extensions ever and I'm really glad I did them here! The walk-in appointment style is so easy, as well as picking your lash style/length. My technician made sure I was comfortable before starting a really easy and relaxing process. The place that they have you lie down is clean and soft, and they'll give you a blanket too. Never coming here again. I've been coming here for some time. When I come I get the normal extensions size 13 for $75. Today I came for a full set and ended up leaving there paying $150 dollars!! I was extremely upset because there was some kind of miscommunication in the type of lash I got and what I actually wanted. It's unfortunate that they made me pay the price for it no matter how much I argued my side. Maybe some clarification for your customers would be very appreciated. There is NO price listed anywhere so be careful and make sure you ask before and make it very clear how much you would like to pay for your lashes before you end up getting something you didn't ask for and pay for it in the end. Will NOT be going back to this place ever again. Customer service is what makes a business.. and this place doesn't have that. read more

I came across Lash Creek Studio after another appointment cancelled on me the day of. Luckily, they were able to fit me in that same day and I had my appointment with Tammy that afternoon. There's a small lobby in the front and about 6-8 private rooms where you go in to get your lashes done. They have a small frame of lashes in the lobby area to give you an idea of what the length of the lashes are and what they look like. After you fill out the forms with the type of lashes and the length you want, you're brought in to one of the private rooms and told to lay down and get comfortable. The process takes about an hour and a half to two hours, so feel free to fall asleep or listen to the "oldies" station they have playing on their satellite radio. Once the process has been complete, you are given a spoolie to brush you lashes and a care card that gives you instructions on how to care for your lashes. Tammy did an amazing job and was definitely a life saver as I needed to get my lashes done for an event the very next day. Normally the volume lashes are supposed to last about 3 weeks or more and mine lasted roughly 2 months! I believe the last couple of lashes naturally fell out today! Overall, the experience was relaxing and definitely accomplished what I wanted. The cost is pretty much on par for a boutique place, so keep that in mind when coming here. Otherwise, I would definitely give them my business again when my lashes need a little TLC. Just a couple of things to note... - The glue does have fumes, so you if you have sensitive eyes I think you can ask for glue for sensitive eyes (?). I did have fumes hit my eyes and it did burn a bit and my eyes did water. However, it subsided pretty quick for me when everything was done. My eyes were a little red for a couple of hours just because of the fumes, but cleared up pretty quick. - The room is cold, so wear pants or curl up with the blanket that they have on the table. If you're not comfortable with that I would suggest wearing pants or bring your own blanket. Now go give those butterfly kisses! read more

I've used Lash Creek for several months for lash extensions.It's a beautiful spa like environment and very relaxing. Lee is super sweet and does great work. She does take longer than anyone I've used in the past, but she is very detailed and it's worth the extra time. She even stayed late for me one day due to an unexpected lash crisis of my own doing, to make sure I didn't walk around looking crazy over the weekend. This is not a one stop shop. You have many choices in lash quality and style, all of which are discussed prior to application. (Including pricing). I am so glad I found Lash Creek Studio. I came here to get a full set of Volume lashes done by the owner Amy. All I have to say is what a HUGE disappointment. I'm sorry to say but how could you offer a service when you don't even know how? Practice and perfect it before charging a paying customer. Less than 24 hours later my lashes started falling off. When I looked at them it was a horrible job. She tried to do volume but they clearly were not volume lashes. I wasted my money and time. I even told her when she was done that my lashes did not look like volume lashes. It's been a week now and most have fell off already. My lashes have been hurting this entire time due to poorly applied lashes yanking my lids. I have an appointment at another place tomorrow to remove all of this! Not only was the job done poorly she was extremely unprofessional getting up numerous times during my application to help other people. I'm sorry you never get up midway during lash application SEVERAL times! Hire a receptionist! And another funny thing she is the only one who works the cc machine asked the other customer to pay with check since she got up already so many times. Not only did she get up and leave the room several times when she was actually in the room we were interrupted by other workers several times as well. Walking in asking for prices of services they just did on other customers. How do you not know? And texting in the middle of my application. She was bashing other places saying how they make volume lashes ahead of time and apply but she does hers during. Don't bash other people cause you clearly do not do a good job yourself. Full set of "volume" lashes done less than an hour. She was applying it so fast there was no way she was doing it correctly. Then her next appointment came in early and she stopped saying we are done. What I got was not a full set I had plenty of visible lashes without extensions applied on when she was done. Although service was horrible I still am a considerate person and tip regardless of the situation. She did not accept my tip for obvious reasons. I'm sure she knew she half assed her work on me. I emailed her my concerns and pictures. She told me she encourages people to give their honest review on Yelp so here's my HONEST review. If you're looking for real volume lashes and great customer service stay away. Also wanted to add...during one of the times she got up it was to help a lady who came in to see Regina. No one had a clue what was going on but apparently Regina was not there she was at her other job because someone told her her appointment was canceled. The lady explained she never canceled her appointment. She took off of work early to get there and drove all the way from Hockley. All they told her was sorry come back Monday. When the customer replied I could make it at 11 Monday Amy told her to come at noon. It was your employees mistake you should accommodate her day and time or at least offer for a free service or discount! She just wrote down the new appointment and walked back into my room. Minutes later the lady walked by she then asked for her name. LOL how do you make an appointment and not put the persons name down? I think her name was Melissa? I could be mistaken but you are too nice. I wouldn't even bother coming back there. There's so many other places to choose from. read more

The ladies here do a good job with lashes. If you don't want to spend more than $100, you've got to go to the junior stylist, who takes a long time to do your lashes. I came here for a refill about 3 weeks ago and had a senior do my lashes. She rested her hands on my forehead the whole time she was working and I could hear and feel her breathing right above me for the entire hour I was there. The junior who usually does my lashes though has still got a ways to go. When she's done she just rips the tape away, and it usually has that "ripping a bandage off" feeling. This last time I went she pulled a few of my lashes with the tape and I got a simple "oh sorry" after I flinched from the pain. No one asks if the tape is comfortable on your face so it's usually not and sometimes your eyes are left semi-open the whole time due to the tape, leaving them dried and stinging. The owner could use some help in the customer service area, and now that the best lash tech is gone, I have no reason to return. The owner is always a bit rude and her conversations with her clients are loud and unprofessional. She would always interrupt my appointments by coming into the room, distracting the tech while she was doing my lashes. It was very annoying and inconsiderate. She works the cash register, so for a while, the prices were inconsistent. I've found a new place, that does great work, with a more relaxing environment, and shows more customer appreciation. read more

Very clean and always smells so good! The employees are friendly and ready to help. All three stylists are very good and gentle when applying the lashes. My eyes can sometimes be sensitive but I've never had a bad reaction here. If my eyes start to get irritated I just use Benadryl or Alaway Drops and it goes right away. read more

I got my lashes done a month ago. It was okay. I called them and got an appointment for the refill which was included. As soon as I went, she took me in, then left the room and came back saying that a month has passes two days ago and I have to pay for full lashes! You expect they tell you this when you call and book appointment not after you are there. I guess the reason was that they didn't do a good job and all lashes fell after two weeks so she realized she had to do a full set! I wasted the time that I could spend with my child at home.
