In the course of the last 6 years, I have found myself frustrated at the amount of money I would spend on lash work that wasn't consistent. When approaching whichever artist, the responsibility was always placed on me, which was frustrating and quite honestly, very unprofessional. I was so happy with the attention to detail and comfortable environment at Lash Co. Evan was so kind and she helped me to relax during the lash removal process. The staff has extensive training and are certified for performing such delicate work around the eyes. I had a nail salon called "Emily's Nails" put on lash extensions for an out of-town wedding while I was in Atlanta, GA. When I got back home, I couldn't get the lashes off. I tried Vaseline, baby oil, hot water compress, baby shampoo and nothing worked. I was told by the salon at "Emily's Nails" to just use hot water for 3-5 minutes on lashes to remove. This was obviously not true. I learned a painful lesson from this experience. You get what you pay for! Now back home in CA, I did a google search and found Lash Co. and scheduled an appointment asap to remove the lashes. It was a wonderful and reassuring experience! I gave Lash Co. 5 stars for its cleanliness, competent and friendly staff. They also helped me with the anxiety I was feeling over this unfortunate ordeal. I had my lashes (I believe it was called A Farrah) and brows tinted for the first time last week and I am thrilled! I've seen so many fake and unnatural lash extensions, I have to say I was really nervous that would end up being me. I'm definitely in love with Ashley's skill set regarding lash extensions. She's very attentive, focused on the customer's expectations and ensures that you are pleased with the end results. Unfortunately, I don't have natural looking lashes (very short, almost nonexistent). Ashley provided a very natural look for my lashes. As a male client, I was extremely hesitant to get this service. I'm elated that I did and she performed her magic. What she did increased my confidence for close-up photos and a boost for my overall appearance. What an awesome experience! Let me start off by saying that I have been to NUMEROUS lash places around Sonoma County. I have gotten lash extensions religiously every 3 weeks for almost 3 years and Lash Co ended up being my overall favorite in terms of quality, speed, and lash care. In my experience, a lot of places are either inconsistent with the end product, take too much time, or the glue and placement of the extensions do not allow the lashes to naturally fall off without taking out your real ones (this is a major concern for people doing lashes consistently as it can damage your natural lashes and take a long time to grow back. My first time getting lash anything, and Loren did a fantastic job. She was very gentle and calming, and my lash lift looks amazing! She explained the process and aftercare very thoroughly, and I even took a little nap while she worked on my lashes. 5 stars for Loren. Walking into LashCo you are stunned with the amazing decor, they have such a relaxing salon from the beds to the music I was quickly put to sleep haha.
