I got my lash extensions done two years ago for my wedding, and I decided to (last minute) get them done again because of a bunch of events coming up the next few weeks. I called Lash Co on one of their off days and within the hour I got a call from Natalia from her cell. She was able to fit me in the next day early in the morning!! From calling to place an appointment to the end of the procedure, I had the perfect experience. She explained everything every step of the way and made me feel calm and reassured. There's a lot of options, so take a look at her website and give her a call to discuss the right look you want (length, curl, fullness). I really like her approach of starting out with less/moderate and then building up later. Totally makes sense. I even had a doctor appointment right after this and she was able to do the job quickly but with quality. The place is clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. It also smells good (that lavender)! Instead of tape, she uses gel pads on your under eye area -- awesome! No pain. Like with all lash extension places, it's expensive the first time you go. Her prices are pretty reasonable for the excellent work that she does. I don't even notice that I'm wearing falsies, she's that good! OMG. Can I just tell you I was really hesitant about getting extensions again, especially since I'm really active and have a tendency to be less delicate around my eyes. LORNA WAS A MASTER!! After 4 weeks the majority of my lashes were still on and I could easily arrange them to look good. Plus by the time they all came out - which was a couple months later- (no I didn't remember the part about being able to remove them), they didn't pull all my lashes out unlike the other time I got extensions. I voiced my dislikes and never did the owner offer for me to come in to fix them..never did she ask me to come in so that she can take a look and go from there. She did however say that she can get me in with one of the lash artists for an appointment. (I would have to pay in full for this) A place that strives to produce good work and appreciates Their clients, would have at least offered for the unhappy person to come in to see what could be done. I'm disappointed in this lash boutique. It's more of a money hungry place. My appointment wasn't even started on time...and it was completed before time. So yeah.
