They told her the tire was shot went out the side wall then proceeded to try to sell her a $450 tire. She called me to tell me the news. I told her it was highway robbery and to leave. We took our tire to Aspy tire. There was no side wall damage and they were able to patch the tire. Long story short they lied about the damage to the tire, and tried to take advantage of a women assuming she wouldn't question goodyears assessment. We will never come back to this store.

I took my daughters car in to have it checked for ABS error codes (that a local auto parts store…read moreid'ed with a scan) and to have TPM sensors replaced. Unfortunately, it appears the tech at the parts store cleared the error codes, so the ABS will remain until it triggers another error. The tire sensors were changed and the pricing was exactly what they said it would be. I will use this shop again for our other vehicles.

I was there in December and it took forever and the computers were down. Today I went to get my…read more"free" tire because I bought the road hazard protection. It took just under TWO hours to get one tire. I had an appointment. They also did an inspection. At the end they wanted to charge me $53 for putting on my new tire and road hazard protection on the new tire. They said "the tire is free but not the installation and balancing." What good would a tire do without it put on? Should I have taken it home and made a swing out of it? I'm never going back to this location. SLOW and there's always some computer issue.
