When we arrived the app said the keys were at this business so we drove across the street to receive them. When we arrived and approached the door it was closed and the sign had small letters saying lunch was from 11:30 to 1:15. My wife simply said "they're fricken closed and someone is sleeping on the couch" because she saw someone laying on a couch, sleeping right inside the door. She then proceeded to head back to the car to see about calling U-Haul or making other arrangements. Before she was able to get in the car, some older gentleman came flying out the door yelling at her for "cussing and ranting and raving". She tried to respectfully tell the individual that she wasn't cussing or yelling and he got louder and kept yelling at her about his "lunchtime and taking a nap" and "I heard you". My wife apologized for any confusion and we left. We weren't upset with the business and were simply going to make other arrangements so there wasn't even a need to "cuss and rant or rave".
