During my first visit, I explained to Angela my past frustrations with extensions. She said, "they don't know what they're doing. It has nothing to do with you being Asian." Her confidence in her work reassured me, but of course, what really sold me was the end result. Yes, she really does know what she's doing. I got exactly the fullness and curl that I wanted. The lashes are of great quality and are not shiny or fake-looking. They feel soft, fluffy, and light. She takes her time and she uses a great technique. I just arrived for my appointment and the man working tells me I have to pay an additional $10 for coming on the 22nd day not the 21st day but when I called I said I needed a 3 week fill and Wednesday was the date she gave me so if I needed to come Tuesday to get 3 weeks she should have said that. He proceeded to tell me I'm crazy because "everyone knows this and I've told you this 100 times before". This man has never once told me what the days for their policy are, I have a picture of it in my phone for my own reference. I agreed to pay the additional charge but asked to be downgraded from a cashemere fill to a classic fill which is a $30 price difference. (The smart thing to do would have been to say he won't charge me the extra $10 for this one time and have me still get the cashmere fill) but instead he and the other girl both refused to take me even though I had an appointment and told them I have a wedding tomorrow. This isn't the first time they have been rude but the glue they use doesn't irritate my eyes that's the only reason I come back. I will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending them to anybody I have never been treated so rudely for no reason before. For him to yell at me and call me crazy for saying that whoever booked my appointment should've told me I needed to come yesterday instead was uncalled for. The receptionist has the calendar on the computer and I agreed to pay it but wanted to downgrade my fill and he obviously didn't like that.

I wish I had known that ahead of time before I had actually got my lashes done today and had to end up paying full price. When I got home I ended up arguing with Groupon for a refund for these vouchers, which was very frustrating and time-consuming. They kept saying they could not refund me because I was outside the standard cancellation window. The merchants change in ownership is outside my control and was not my fault. They did end up refunding me in the end but I should not have had to go through that. That being said, they did do a good job and were attentive, but need to be upfront regarding the change of ownership and what that means for their customers who had purchased vouchers previously.
