They offer a free first service, and I got 2 services so this was a nice touch. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and professional and I was out in about 10 minutes! While I was there the member performing my services (eyebrows and lip) showed me how they looked and I was very pleased. She cleaned up my eyebrows very nicely but didn't shape them very much, which didn't bother me as I was just looking for them to be straightened out. --Side note: the wax they use was very gentle, no paper glued to your face, just pulling off hot wax which was a very nice change.-- My only complaint comes now that I took a better look at home. My eyebrows are definitely cleaned up but they are some stragglers that I'll have to pluck, and although the wax was gentle it didn't seem to really pull all the hairs completely, I can tell I'll need a wax again very soon unfortunately. Overall I would recommend this place if you're in a time pinch like I was. The experience was pretty good and the service was speedy and professional. **I would've liked to give 3.5 stars but Yelp doesn't allow it, but they definitely deserve more of a 4 than a 3**

I understand that training services aren't just that, but there's also a certain expectation of quality. I had a Brazilian that left a lot of hair behind and the waxer pinched me a number of times trying to get the wax strips off. As I was under a time constraint and had planned for a 15 minute service, I had to stop her after 30 minutes and leave without a complete wax. She was very nice, but the service was incredibly disappointing and left me frustrated

Usually I'm unable to predict when my stomach virus will wrap up. Totally unprofessional. No, I don't believe she is sick. I've dealt with providers like this before. Lots of drama swirling around them. Dana must be the most unlucky person in the world OR she is being dishonest. Either way I am staying far away.

She should've let us know at least an hour before if it is a "family emergency." I completely understand and at least it was nice of her to text me and let me know, but not 10 minutes before the appointments. Definitely will not recommend.

I came in with very damaged, brassy hair in dire need of a color correction. It was so bad that a salon in my neighborhood actually wouldn't take me! Bridgette took me in right away and stayed late to finish my hair. I am thrilled with how it turned out and can't believe the results we were able to get in one session. She was so fun to talk to and I'm so glad I was able to find someone who could understand my hair. If you are looking for help with color absolutely check her out! And she uses high quality products, the bleach never made my scalp irritated. 10/10 am going back and looking forward to it
