I find it rude and disrespectful that I was on time but was told to wait. I waited 20 mins for my appt since allegedly they were booked and no one else could see me. I requested to speak to a manager and the girl that waxed me said she would get Celest who never came out to talk to me. I left my email since I still wanted to complain about my experience and she never called or email me. This isn't how you treat customers who pay way too much for EWC services. I am beyond disappointed!!

No calming sounds or music....just loud voices the entire time. I could not relax at all.... The facial was decent but the massage was extremely underwhelming. Another important factor is that the person my husband booked due to her great reviews was not the person that performed the services. So no I would not recommended this spa to anyone. I wanted to get my haircut short…read more I booked an appointment with Michael right before Mothers Day and they were thankfully able to squeeze me in even though I called a little late. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The prices are very good also. I also came back in June because I wanted to go a little shorter with my haircut before our trip to Charleston. Michael was wonderful and cut my hair the perfect short length again. The salon is immaculately clean & they keep the floor swept clean after each haircut. The bathroom is also very clean & available to customers I highly recommend this salon, everyone is so nice & cheerful here. The staff is very professional, even on short notice.
