One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.

I was concerned how was I going to be outside this summer with 8 treatments remaining. Glad it won't be an issue now. The woman who did my laser (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very informative and made me feel comfortable. This was my second session so I'm still pretty new. I added on a new service, my upper lip (because why be hairless everywhere else and still have a mustache?!) and the woman walked me through what it would feel like and even did a test on my neck before we began- I appreciated that. She was thorough and took her time making sure to get every spot. I already booked my next appointment and I can't wait to come back! I've seen amazing results after the first session so I can't wait to see if any hair grows back now.

I started getting laser treatment with Kim in mid-November of last year. My problem area was my face, and Kim has helped me immensely. Since I started getting laser on my face, I feel more confident. I've had four sessions so far, and I have noticed the complete difference in my skin. I mean I had acne, black spots and thick thick thick (did I mention thick?) black hair all over. I wore my hair loose as often as possible to cover my face and now I can wear my hair back all the time. The difference is astonishing. Don't believe me? Check out the photos below. I have done laser with a few different technicians and I have to say Kim is awesome. She explains the process before she starts so you get a good understanding on what to expect. She is very professional. I felt very comfortable with her. She is very friendly. I definitely have great results from her. My hair barley grows back. My skin is smooth and clear. From being sick in the past and hormonal changes I have dark spots on my knees and it has lighted up quite a bit. I can't wait to wear shorts this summer and not be self conscious of my knees. I recently got my underarms and brazillian lasered and right after the first session I already saw a difference!! My hair was a lot thinner and the darkness under my armpits were already almost gone! I havent shaved for a week thats how little it grew back the hair after the first session! Also, the pain is bareable and fast and kim really makes sure you are comfortable. I already can't wait to go back for my next session! I only trust Kim! I have been going to Kim since she opened at Mia Bella, and before that when she worked elsewhere. During the time she took off to stay home with her daughter , I would not allow anyone to laser me. I went to Mia Bella Laser to receive my first laser hair removal session with Kim. I originally went to start with my under arms. Kim was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. In what felt like less than 3 minutes, she had completed both under arms and I was shocked at how painless it was. UPDATED REVIEW (9/23/11)…read more Hello again all... I am back to report on my experience! So far, I have had four laser hair removal treatments, and they have all been as wonderful as the first. As a matter of fact after my first treatment, I extended my bikini line area to a half Brazilian and have been doing that ever since. I am already considering another additional area on the back of my neck. I have always been too self conscious to wear my hair in a ponytail because I have such a bad hairline on the back of my neck. Anyway, as for the Brazilian area, I've had NOT ONE ingrown hair since I began these treatments months ago!!!!!! I've had almost no regrowth, besides a few (really- like 8) strands of hair in random places down there- but that is normal since your hair grows in cycles. Those hairs were dormant until now, but they will get the 'zap' during my next treatment. I've also allowed a little extra time pass between appointments just to make sure there was no regrowth and there wasn't. This treatment truly works. My only suggestion is to avoid going for laser treatment within the few days before your period. Apparently your body is MUCH more sensitive then, and it may not be as comfortable. It wasn't the worst, but it was better all the other times. This was the absolute BEST decision of my life and worth every last cent. I do not have to shave anymore...ever!! My "lower-lady area" requires no maintenance now. Ladies... did you hear that?!?! Go to New York Laser and sit down with Ofra. She is very knowledgeable and her super friendly assistance Marta is well versed in this field. Tell them you read Emily's Ad!! :) Good luck!!!

You are then brought into the treatment room where Marta expertly performs your treatment. A follow up phone call is made a few days later to see how you are doing. I had brown sun spots lasered on my hands, arms and legs. There was minimal discomfort and I had great results. I am a repeat customer and plan on returning for future treatments. Ofra and Marta make you feel very comfortable in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and deliver great results!

After the third time, I loudly proclaimed that I never said any name and that they did the mix up. I didn't care about being switched up but I care when someone calls me a liar. Amy was very good about my electrolysis. She worked swiftly and with precision. She knew all of the right tips and tricks. I have had electrolysis on many occasions and I would say she is one of the most talented technitians I have had. That said, I was charged approx $47 for 15 minutes, which also makes it the most expensive, by far. I won't be coming back solely for the pricing but I would otherwise recommend it.
