First, booking is very efficient although there would be a cancellation fee once you booked the appoinment. No big deal. I was very excited with my appointment. The day came and I went to their studio. The lady at the front didn't even greet me, she looked at me like I have nothing to do with their place and said "Did you book an appointment?". I said, yes I do have an appointment. Didn't even ask me to seat nor offered anything (which I would greatly appreciate). While I watch her greet other clients and being friendly to them. I do not know what to feel that time if I am being discriminated or are they just regular customers and it was my first time. The service I had which is Lashlift is awesome anyways. Chelsey W. talked me throughout the process and I am very satisfied with her job. She is very friendly and kept me relaxed. Very nice and relaxing place. Washrooms are awesome. Quite pricey. I have only had my brows done here. I usually get the brow couture option. First about the salon itself ; it is beautiful. So relaxing with very modern yet inviting furniture and atmosphere. Children are not recommended to come so it is very quiet and peaceful (and don't get me wrong, I like kids but as a mom it's nice to have some self care time). The ladies who have done my brows are excellent and usually I don't nave a reaction to the wax. If you'd like your brows dyed they have many colours and shades and use great quality products on you. You can also purchase the brow gel and powders/pencils etc they use. My rating is because of the price. $45 for a regular shaping and $60 for a shaping and dye. There is no option for a regular up keep. My eyebrows are naturally shaped and are extremely easy to tweeze and keep up with at home. I like getting he wax because obviously it lasts longer. Last appointment the girl was lovely but spent about 10 minutes with me when the appointment is supposed to last 30. I am definitely not getting my money's worth. On their website there is a "man's brows" option for $25 that does basically everything a brow couture does but no drawing your brows in afterwards. Why can't I pick that option? As a woman I find that sexist and not fair! I have no been back to the salon for months. I really do miss it though as its a gorgeous space with very friendly staff. read more

I tried lash extensions through Lash Affair in October/November of last year for my engagement party. I was very satisfied with the initial application of my lashes. I wore them through a trip to Mexico and it was nice to get up in the morning and not have to do much beyond a bit of concealer for those late night dark circles. I went back for a fill in November and had some issues with clumping. I went in again to have the lashes taken off. The removal procedure was quite uncomfortable and harsh on my skin and I was left with some damage to my natural lashes. It took a while for the business to acknowledge this problem which unfortunately soured my experience with them. Thankfully, the owner has offered me a refund and an apology . Six months later and a couple bottles of Latisse and my lashes are back to where they were before. Lash extensions are a big decision as they are something you have to think about in your everyday activities. The owner will readily tell you that you have to sleep differently, avoid touching your eyes, and spend time on extra care as well as buy specific products if you want your lashes to last. There have also been some studies linked to follicle damage with long term use. Please do your research before committing to this as it is just that: a commitment. They require fills at least once a month so this a financial commitment as well. read more

I was looking for a new lash salon in Edmonton after a few negative experiences with another. I came across lots of different contenders, each offering different prices and levels of information on their business. Lash Affair was at the top of my list for the vast amount of info located on their website and their Facebook page, so when I saw a Groupon for a lash lift, I jumped at the opportunity. I have had lash lifts before so I know what to expect out of the procedure, however I was completely blown away how Lash Affair had taken something so simple and clinical and made it into a relaxing spa-like procedure. From the lovely soft client beds and blankets you are offered to the gorgeous turquoise accents throughout the salon, the atmosphere is super relaxing and luxurious. I was pleased at all the small touches - the music choices over the speaker system, the pleasant fragrance in the air, the use of non-abrasive or irritating products, the gorgeous Lollia products on the shelves. All these little details make a huge overall difference on a product that is gradually becoming common in Edmonton. I've determined that Lash Affair is the best that our city has to offer, and they're doing everything they can to stay on top. I'm very into the convenience of booking and ordering things online, so I love that you can easily book an appointment via your computer or on your phone. I like that they are very clear on your appointment time, confirming via email, text message and on the phone (talking to a real person!). I guess I should mention that my lash lift (which was done by a first time apprentice) turned out beautifully and I felt very taken care of. The customer service was very present without being overbearing or pretentious. The salon is very upfront about their products and putting their clients' eyes and health first. I'm a convert!! I had a lash lift and tint today with Sky. It has been only 4 hours since the appointment (1.45PM today) and the curl is completely GONE! I haven't even touched my face! Complete waste of MONEY and this is a SCAM!!! What did I pay for???????? To lay there for 1.5 hours to have the curl gone in a few hours????!?!?!?? I have had a lash tint and lift before and was ALWAYS very happy! This is a joke! I am expecting a FULL REFUND! Been a loyal client since 2014 but when I transferred to Katie even if I tried to give her another chance, she will just push you away and not worked on you and she said that it's the manager's order . Great service. Sam was really polite and did a great job. No complaints other than the price. For a basic eye brow wax (just wax and tweeze, nothing else was done) it was a nice treat for someone else to do it and have a different perspective but it was just an eye brow wax which i could have gotten anywhere else for a lot cheaper. Extremely expensive, over priced services but I was a regular customer every 3 weeks for four years. I drove 45 minutes through the Henday construction each way because I believe in loyalty and felt I had built a relationship. One thing that always frustrated me was the inconsistency in the prices I paid every visit. I always paid, tipped, rebooked, waited, got fills, paid, tipped, rebooked .....and the cycle went on. When I would be a few minutes late (3-10 minutes) it resulted in a less than full set but still a very full price. But never received a discount when I had minutes shaved off my appointment when I had to wait. I would ask questions about the variety of charges and always suggested it would be helpful to display something, anything to help customers know what the prices are when they walk in. But I was always told the prices are on the website. So I guess they felt that was adequate. Many times my lashes would fall off but it was always the result of a shed. Always. Eventually after every appointment I would tell myself this was my last visit but since they'd just had me rebook I'd always go back. After 3 1/2 years a friend was horrified to hear I'd never given my lashes a break and suggested I let the extensions fall off naturally which didn't take long. Much to my shock, I saw I had no lashes left!! I used to have nice long lashes, they just weren't FULL or dark (I'm blonde) so I expressed concern at my next appointment and was told I should have been using their Eye Envy at a low price of $80 to maintain my natural lashes. Again, my fault. But since I'd given my lashes a week off I had to pay an outrageous price to have the full set put back on. Again, I had no idea what the cost was going to be since no prices are ever displayed. Another $300. My next fill, I was in the hospital and missed my appointment. During this traumatic time, my husband never thought to cancel any appointments I may have had and probably wasn't aware of them anyway. When I got home a few days later, I had a voicemail from the salon stating I would need to pay for the missed appointment when I return. I called the salon (they rarely answer the phone) and left a message for my regular "lash filler" I wouldn't call her an expert but the call was intercepted and I was told I could speak with them. I mentioned I was a regular and wanted to speak with my usual lash filler about a message I received from the salon. Again, she told me I would have to speak with her and was told the staff aren't allowed to take calls. I again, stressed it was important to me to be able to speak with my lash filler and this time I was sternly told no...... I expressed after four years of loyalty my call was seriously going to be intercepted and my request to speak to her denied? Again, I was told I had to speak to the one on the phone. I asked are you sure you want this knowing I'm a little upset? She said yes. That was my last time ever dealing with this money hungry business who's logo should be "Time is money...." Sure, they have nice furniture, but it's uncomfortable. Sure they have blankets, but 5 customers before me used the same one. Sure, they have calming tourquise walls but these things don't provide a better service. Just a more expensive one. Sure, they have friends to write raving reviews to bring their ratings up. There are much better salons. Better service, better experience, better PRICES elsewhere. read more

I have been waiting for ages to get lash extensions and was so excited when I finally made an appointment (and convinced myself it was ok to spend over 100 dollars on my eyelashes just this once). I found the location and went down into the basement, but because I had never been there kinda stood around awkwardly until one of the girls acknowledged me. The girl who did my extensions was nice but she and her coworker working were having a personal conversation while she was working on me. My friend who also went said her technician kept telling her coworker how tired she was while working on her eyelashes.. Which is kind of scary when something is being glued to your eyes! Overall I really did like the technician who did my extensions but I was pretty disappointed when I was done and was told that she did them a shorter length then what was said at the begining of the appointment. Also, what you are not told at the begining of the appointment is that they are only filled 80% when you first put them on so to get the look that you see in the pictures on their website you have to get them filled again (and spend more money). I am sure there is a legitimate reason they only do 80% at first, I just wish I was told before. However, because they aren't as long as I was hoping I feel like I just have very high maintanence normal eyelashes... Myself and my friend agree that we didnt feel the experience matched the standards we read from all the reviews online or for the amount of money we spent. The location, atmosphere and staff are professional and friendly but the end product is extremely disappointing. Went in on an afternoon for a lash lift and tint, left one hour later with only the slightest bit of curl in my lashes. By the time I got home...20 minutes later...there was no "lift" at all. $120 for nothing at all. I called right away to voice my concern. The staff member I talked to was very professional and understanding and she booked me in for a "fix". Perhaps my review will improve after this "fix" but for now, I would not recommend this business to anyone. It is great that they offer the fix but now I have to spend another hour getting what I should have gotten the first time...or at least I hope I will get what their website claims. DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS HERE! I do not know what I was thinking. An upscale shop does what I wanted at 5x the price and now I know why. I dropped a ton of money on eyelash extensions here. Worst experience of my life. kept jabbing me in the eye. She applied the glue directly to my skin and had multiple eyelashes glued together. It was crunchy and in clumps and it hurt like hell. She made no attempt to go long on the outside, medium in the middle, and short on the inside. Nope, it looked horribly fake, and while I expected it to look a little unnatural, this made me look like a (bad) drag queen. The next morning when I woke up, my right eye was blood red. On my left eye, I had a scab above the eyelashes where the glue had pulled some of my skin off, along with three or four of my natural lashes. I went to the eye doctor to get it checked out and discovered that I had a CORNEAL ABRASION from where she carelessly poked my eye. I'm now taking prescription antibiotic eye drops so that I don't end up with CONJUNCTIVITIS, in case her instruments weren't sterile. read more

They girl who was supposed to do my eyebrows was running a little behind and they were quick to have another girl fill in to keep me on schedule. I've had my lashes for about 1.5 months and it really cuts down time in the morning while I'm getting ready for work. I was disappointed by my appointment to have lashes put on. I waited almost 20 minutes, even though I was instructed to be early and was warned about being late myself when booking the appointment. Once my appointment started, the technician was texting for the initial 10 minutes. She would stop working on my lashes, text and I could hear the chimes and it would send and receive. Then she left and was discussing her schedule with the receptionist and then came back to continue texting. Then she called over a couple minutes later for them to book an appointment in her schedule for a friend. It was much better once she stopped texting and didn't continuously stop working on my lashes. At the end, there was a portion of my lashes she missed. She was very good about acknowledging it and fixed it, however. Overall, for paying almost $200, I was pretty disappointed. When I went back later to have the lashes removed, a different technician worked on them. She was very friendly, but I had a very painful experience. She kept tugging on my actual lashes, which hurt a great deal and saying that my lashes were "going into" her tweezers, like they have a mind of their own. When squirting water to remove product, it kept running down my entire face. She was also wiping the removed lashes on my cheeks instead of a kleenex. After she was done, I had a bunch of lashes on the side of my face I had to wipe off myself. I was not impressed. I have gotten lashes for a couple years prior and have gone to other salons. I was expecting quite a great experience given the cost. I have many girlfriends who get their lashes done and I will definitely steer them clear of Lash Affair, as now I feel I wasted money for mediocre to poor service. read more

This was my first visit to Lash Affair. I know lashes and have had them done several times before when I lived in Ontario. I've also had Xtreme lashes done in someone's home here in Edmonton - a $200 disaster. Lash Lounge is lovely - airy and spa like with a row of comfortable padded fabric spa tables each with its own throw to keep you warm and cozy during your procedure. The lash technician (Amanda, I think) explained everything, asked what look I was after, volume, length or both, then worked with my lashes to give me the optimal look. She was careful not to overload my lash type with artificial strands that would weigh down or damage my own lashes. I had the Classic 1D lashes and I'm super pleased with them. In addition I needed help with over-plucked brows, a reminder of my teenage years. Kayla worked with me and mixed a custom tint to suit my hair colouring then waxed, tweezers and trimmed to perfection. Kayla talked to me about a no-tweeze zone and recommended a growth serum to help - EyEnvy. She finished off with pencil and brow powder. I had the Couture Brow and tint and loved my results. I'm super-pleased with my overall results. Lash Affair is staffed with a knowledgeable team whose primary focus is doing the right thing to get a satisfied customer. I was told that my lashes are guaranteed for five days. I'm hoping that won't be an issue and, if not, I'll book my fill for a couple of weeks' time. read more

I developed a viral eye infection in both eyes while on my honeymoon less than a day after a full fill and lashcoat from Lash Affair Lounge. Some "satisfaction guarantee". I usually would not post but I don't want anybody to go through what I did. Better to just go with Latisse or temporary glue on style lashes. It's more cost effective and doctor monitored. DO NOT BUY THE CAR LASHES! I saw through Facebook last summer that they were selling car eyelashes. I thought they looked fantastic and would Girly up my SUV. It stated on the website the would not do damage to the vehicle. i contacted Courtney(the owner) and she got back to me quickly about I time and date I could pop by to pick them up. She explained to me how to curl them and put them on since the instructions were in Chinese. I put the on my vehicle and loved them, about a week later I noticed they had done HUGE damage to my hood. The lashes had blown back in the wind and scratched big patches, looked like I had taken an SOS pad to my hood. I took them off right away and got a quote. Just over $600 damage. I forwarded the quote and sent a picture of the damage to courtney. She said she had called other people who had bought them and she said they were all damage free. Courtney basically told me it was my fault because I had curled them and put them on. However It clearly stated on her website it wouldn't cause damage. She was very dismissive, gave me the kinda feel like..,what do you want me to do about it, your problem not mine. She did not pay for any portion of the damages, or even refund me for my purchase. I received a full set of 1-D eyelash extensions on May 20th. By May 30th I was hoping the remaining lashes would just fall off so I won't have to pay for them to be removed. Every day since their application I have lost on average 2-4 lashes while I am combing them out in the morning. I purchased and used the sealant, I purchased and used Eye Envy, I did not use any oil based products on my face, I did not curl or apply mascara to the lashes. I have not gotten them wet and I have not even put a facecloth or splashed water on my face. However the past few days of wearing them I have been using mascara as they look fairly ridiculous without. Picture a few stragglers left on the outer eye and a huge chunk of lashes remaining in the middle on my left eye. My right eye has shed more evenly but is still disappointing. During my appointment I felt as if I did not get the full rundown of what to expect nor the opportunity to explain my expectations. The only question was whether I wanted more natural or dramatic lashes. I chose to stay more natural as I didn't want to be uncomfortable with lashes that were too excessive for my face. Initially I loved the lashes! They really are a great accessory and I can see why many women choose to have them regularly. However, they were slightly too long and I couldn't wear glasses with them. The only reason I think this is an issue is a friend of mine had her eyelashes done at another studio and they clarified with her what length she would be comfortable with due to her also wearing glasses. Overall I gave two stars due to the fact that I believe this company typically does a great job and I have friends who highly recommend the place. Potentially the woman who did mine was new or inexperienced or maybe the fact that I sleep on my face was cause for losing 50% of the lashes in the first week and probably 85% in 10 days. I am writing this review in hopes that people will see that eye lash extensions are not a good idea! I had a full set done and I was so happy but my first fill was a nightmare. My lashes (fake and NATURAL) kept falling out. They ensured that this was natural. An eyelash will fall out as natural ones do just like your hair but they were coming out in chunks and it was so bad. I spent extra money on a curler that was definitely not worth 20$. You can find the same one at a drugstore for half the price but I didn't bother to look as I trusted their product to be the best for the price. NOT the case. I also bought the 60$ serum that they recommended and sold to help with the shedding. It did absolutely nothing but stink and sting my eyes. I'm so mad about this place. I came here for my first set of lash extensions. They looked nice, but there the technician left too much glue on my lashes and I could feel the hard glue residue whenever I blinked. When I needed to come in for a fill, I tried booking an appointment, but they were all booked up, except for a single time slot that week. (They have hardly any technicians because whenever I go in, most of the beds are empty but they are "all fully booked". ) I booked that appointment and I brought my child with me since it was right before her dance class. Right when I walked in the door, they told me that NO CHILDREN are allowed inside, and I would have to forfeit my appointment. And they were going to BILL me for the cancellation! I was horrified! The receptionist said that their policy is no children on the premises. However, there was NO SIGN on the door or inside the premises indicating that no children/minors were allowed. My child is very well behaved and has sat QUIETLY through pedicures, eyebrow, and hair appointments with no complaints or problems whatsoever. Lash Affair would not even consider letting her sit on a chair to wait for me - it was going to be only half an hour! I will not consider returning to this place. Despite their glowing reviews, I was horrified with my experience with Lash Affair. The reason I decided to make the $150 "investment" of fake lashes was because I redeemed a limited time Facebook offer from them that took 20% off. My appointment was yesterday (June 4) and here's what happened: I live 45 minutes outside the city and was in town for another appointment in the morning. I am still recovering from a cold, so I thought I would take a chance and call to see if they could squeeze me in while I was already in the city. I called. No answer but the voicemail said I could text the same number, so I did. Immediate response saying they were booked solid. Fair enough. When I got to the home-based business, there was a sign on the door directing people to make their way downstairs. The studio basement is set up with an open concept and everyone was working on a client. I walked right into the middle of it. A little intimidating but whatever. Everyone looked up. NO ONE said HI. One girl literally snaps "Do you have the flu? Because you can't be here if you have the flu?" Completely caught off guard, I answer "no" but my voice is still hoarse from having lost it. She replies "If you're sick, you need to rebook. We can't get sick from you and end up canceling all our appointments." Keep in mind, this is in front of everyone and she is shouting this across the room at me. I remind her that I texted I was getting over a cold but don't think I am contagious anymore. She asked me if I was sure so at this point, I am feeling a little berated. No one offers me to sit down, so I awkwardly make my way to the couch. Having just drove 45 minutes, it would have been nice if they had responded told me in the morning that rebooking was an option. They have strict 24 hour cancelation policy and I couldn't remember if I had to give them my credit card info when I got the special Facebook offer. It's 3:15 - the exact time of my appointment but no one looks near done. My appointment is with Courtney, as I find out later. While I wait for 20 minutes, I look for the Facebook offer in my email so I can confirm the price before we start. Two clients finish and still no one acknowledges me until one directs me to find and fill out the paperwork on my own. I take the opportunity to ask my price question. "No, you have to have it," Courtney says firmly. I tell her I don't have a printer and she says that I can show her the email, so I look again before she interrupts saying "we can't wait for you to find it. It's cutting into your appointment time and you'll have to rebook." At this point, I'm reaching my limit. I quietly say to her, "I've been trying to find it for the 20 minutes I've been waiting. Weren't we suppose to start at 3:15?" Courtney replies it's 3:30. I am then forced to show her THAT email (booking confirmation) which clearly showed 3:15. They then force me to make a decision so I reluctantly pick out the style (Kardashian) and type of lash that I want. By the time I lay down on the table, I am practically shaking. I try to relax. Emily is the girl who ends up doing my lashes and tells me that they will ease me into the Kardashian and are giving me "The Mariah" instead. They ask why I am getting them done and I explain I have an appointment at Klienfield's in New York where they film yes to the dress and so I am pretty excited to go. Despite Courtney being on the other side of the room she snaps "Randy has seen our work before. We send lots of girls to him. Anyone can go, you know. You have to audition to be on the show." With my eyes covered and the work already started, I lay there awkwardly and respond "I don't know what will come of it but I am just glad to be able to do that with my mom." So, I get a sense of the kind of atmosphere I'm in and try to remain as quiet as possible. The girl working on me tries to make small talk but then tells me to stop talking because my lashes flutter when I talk. Also, despite their deep concerns about catching germs, NO ONE WEARS GLOVES. A little concerning with how close they get to the eye. Stupidly, I bought a Groupon for them that morning, which had a signifigant discount. They wouldn't honour it of course. Said I would have to come back. I definitely won't be. Probably would have been less nerve wracking to set my $100 on fire. And the work they pride themselves on? The next morning, I woke with most of the lashes from my right corner missing despite not washing or touching my face at all. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience. I suspect most girls are happy with their work because of all the likes and positive reviews they get and maybe that's why I was so shocked to have been treated the way I have been. Even if the work had been exceptional, I wouldn't go back simply because of how I was treated. Buyer beware. read more

I'm a lash extension noob, and I'm glad I chose Lash Affair to do my lashes for the first time - but both appointments I've made with them, they have had to reschedule. That is super unprofessional in my eyes and as much as I love how they do lashes, I might have to try going somewhere else that WON'T shift my appointments around. read more

I decided to try the "lash lift" becuase it sounded better than a regular eyelash perm and the reviews were all good. She asked me if i wanted a more natural look or dramatic, i said dramatic! However after spending over $75 my eyelashes are still stick straight, no curl to them at all. Very dissapointing. read more

I was unsure of booking with lash affair last fall as they have a very strong Facebook presence however upon seeing their news feed updates and browsing their page I found the owner to have a very arrogant and cocky attitude towards her business and her customers. The location is convenient and I thought I would see if the place lives up to be what she portrays it. I personally booked in with Courtney the owner as I wanted to see if maybe her tone and meaning gets misrepresented by what she writes on Facebook but sorry to say she is just as tactless in person! I explained in our consultation that I have been a frequent wearer of single extensions and that I have had them done by many people and places so I was quite aware of the after care and maintainence and of what I wanted. I told her I wanted them full and thick looking. She said that is usually against what they do as people don't take as good of care of them and they use a thinner lash. I also explained to her that i had been to places that i can tell have used cheap glue and that by far the best glue product i have found has been from company called Lavish Lashes. She explained to me that they used a few different glues and that they actually had that glue but they dont tell anyone that they have different glues to use. So the glue she came out with had no label on it?? Not sure if it was lavish glue or not but she seemed to try to convince me it was and that they couldnt promote the use of alternative glues hence the removal of the label. Seemed fishy to me. During the appt I was trying to make conversation and inquiring about her opening the new location and how it was going, most of her responses were what I've already heard on fb. The rest of the conversation was mostly me talking and I can honestly say she did not seem that personable or very client friendly as they were like one word responses, so I sorta stopped talking. When I left the appt my lashes were nothing like her "look book" shows nor were they as thick looking as I have ever had them done in the past. I still decided to give the benefit of the doubt and try getting a fill there but since they weren't what I wanted I went for a fill after 2 weeks when with past places I am usually able to go 4 weeks in between appts which among all my friends is standard. This time I was booked in with an associate of hers and I explained the same to her that I was a frequent lash wearer and that I wanted them thick and more dramatic (ie I came for fake lashes I would like fake lashes!) she too told me she had no problems creating the look for me. Well guess what I left without thicker fuller extensions again! I have not been back since as why should I continue to pay for something I want that I'm not getting? Some are probably wondering why am I writing this review now? Because in the past 2 weeks I have had 5 people (1 family, 2 friends, and 2 co workers) who have had extensions done here and all had similar complaints of an arrogant presence on Facebook but curiosity is what got them to book, and then all complained about paying and not getting what they want or what they consulted with the stylist in the beginning. 2 also complained about the youthful naive girls working there who were overheard complaining about hangovers, breakups, and even the other staff. So with that said I am writing on behalf of those who don't want to speak out against businesses and an owner like this (I was one of them last fall) if I were to post it on her Facebook about her arrogance it would be removed. At least I have the protection here of voicing my opinion and I hope Courtney takes note that yes her work shows well and there are people out there who love lash affair and what she does but there are also other technicians out there capable of the same quality (and better) of work and instead of trying to convince Edmontonians that you are the only place for lashes you should acknowledge or praise others in the industry for their work too and realize that you have competition and it's normal instead of scaring others that if they go elsewhere something bad will happen to them or they won't have a good experience. My advice for anyone planning to go here is to have no sort of expectation cause based on most reviews you read from yelp for lash affair are rather mixed and I feel that most who are posting positive reviews have not tried other places and it's all they know. I have had sets that have taken 2hrs from elsewhere but the technician literally sorted through every extension before I left to make sure none were stuck together or clumped. I liked that and would rather have someone be meticulous than go somewhere that boasts they can get you out of there in 75mins. I cannot say I love the experience here... This was my first time getting lashes and nothing about the different types were explained I was just told to look at a chart and see what style I liked?! I thought that mink would be the way for me to go, but they did not provide the look I was looking for, had someone chatted with me I would have known. My experience at Lash Affair was very pleasant. The room is very clean and relaxing and the staff are very friendly. My lash technician Hilaree was so easy to talk to and did a wonderful job with my lash tint and lift. I am contemplating the lash extensions but I do know they are some maintenance and with my schedule it is just very difficult to keep it up. She did not push for this and said that I might like the lift and tint enough and that I can do not as often as extensions. She was honest and was definitely not all about grabbing my money.
