I've recently bought a package from a company, and it needed to be shipped from China to Michigan. Everything was going smoothly up until I get a notification from LaserShip's tracking website saying the delivery was going be delayed. I wasn't too bothered at first since delays are possible, but the location of this delay was in Virginia, a completely different state from when it was out for delivery. After seeing that, I wanted to know exactly where my package was, so I contacted LaserShip by the phone and texted their customer service line. I couldn't get through on phone, and their texting services are completely useless, since it seemed like an automated response every time. Either way, they couldn't locate where my package was and the tracking website wasn't updating. Miraculously, my order was delivered to my apartment the day after the delay, and all seemed well. Disappointingly, as I looked what time the package was delivered, it was marked as delivered from the night before, which is contradicted by the picture they took of it in broad daylight. Not only that, but they also just left my package in the front of the apartment complex outside for anyone to take. I guess taking my package to the front of my apartment door was too much to ask of them. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and if you ever get anything shipped by LaserShip, I suggest you cancel it and use another company. read more

TL; DR; Horrible customer service, intentionally damages goods, deceitful, hires scum, scams Amazon and consumers. My review used to be 5 stars (and the sole 5 star rating) but based on the first delivery I received through Lasership. I credit my initial 5 star experience 100% due to the fact that I read the reviews here and in fear contacted customer support in order to display to the company that I was paying very close attention to the delivery. Had I not preemptively contacted them, I imagine the delivery experience would have been more in line with that of all other reviewers. Every consequent delivery experience since has been horrible. Broken and dented products. Courier sets package as delivered but doesn't actually show up to deliver it for 30 more minutes which has caused me to call Lasership numerous times to report stolen packages only to receive it while on the phone with their questionable customer support. I even greeted a courier as he was coming to my door asking if he was from Lasership. He looked me in the eye said yes then threw my package into the basement stairwell when I was two feet away from him. It literally took him more effort to ruin my package than hand it to me. I also got a good look at what they pass for a delivery truck. It was actually a minivan haphazardly and obviously forcefully crammed with packages which is definitely an additional factor contributing to the "mysteriously" damaged packages. This company seems to have a monopoly on same-day delivery in the DMV and take full advantage of this privilege. As a result, Amazon is going to lose even more money since I refuse to get same day delivery until Lasership's contract with Amazon is voided for violating their terms and trust. At this time, Lasership does not deserve our Amazon's or our business and if it doesn't change immediately, does not deserve to be a business entity. read more

LaserShip lost a package from Anthropologie, claiming that they delivered it to my office, which is closed on weekends, on a Sunday. There is nowhere to leave packages when the office is closed. So, either they did not deliver it at all, or they left it on an urban sidewalk outside a closed office building, even though their website clearly states that they only leave packages at residential addresses where there is a secure or hidden place to do so. Anthropologie was responsive but the item is now out of stock, so there's nothing they can do except give me a refund. I have also heard LaserShip is known for very unfair labor practices--maybe that's why their drivers don't make much of an effort to deliver packages correctly. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! EDIT: I was contacted by LaserShip within one hour of writing the review, which shows that they are making an effort. The driver (who was very nice, and apologetic) came by and told me where he had left the package, which turned out to be the address next door, and fortunately I was able to retrieve it from my neighbor. The one star is deserved for attempts at customer service... now please work on delivering so you can get some additional stars! read more

Dishonest. Late. No care for packages. I receive a weekly shipment on Mondays. For some unknown reason, the sender insists on using LaserShip. My package is supposed to be here by 9 pm. I honestly can't remember the last time that was true. It's always late. Not only that, it's always tossed casually on its side. Never delivered right side up. And this company's drivers are dishonest. Sometimes they'll sign for the package early to make it look like it arrived earlier than it did. Tracking will show it delivered at 8:50 pm and it will be delivered at 9:40. Or even worse, tonight tracking showed it delivered at 11:47 pm and it showed up after midnight. No one should ever use this company. They should be out of business. I've written to them to try to fix the issues and they always say they will work on it but they never do. I have had no major problems with LaserShip shipping my orders from NewEgg. If anything, they're the best service available, that I've experienced. The packages always arrive within a few days' time (much quicker than UPS or FedEx ever did), and often times, they CALL my cell phone to alert me the package is here. For small packages (which I've been ordering more of recently), they just leave the package, which is inconvenient for some. However, I live in an apartment building, so it's still safe downstairs. Why? Because FedEx and UPS have been leaving my package outside of my building on multiple occasions. I've ordered a monitor from NewEgg and the driver arrived, went upstairs, and to my door. Because I was unavailable, he called me and informed me no one was answering the door, so he was asking what he should do with it. When I was contemplating telling him to leave it, he went on to say, "since it's a pretty large package, I didn't want to leave it at the door." Another time, I ordered a few electronics from NewEgg (nothing too grand or expensive), and the driver called me phone to tell me he is downstairs with a package for me. I go downstairs with a huge grin and tell him, "you know, I really love you guys; LaserShip. You guys always call me to inform me." He replies, "thanks, man. It's just you have electronics, and you know how people are with them. They get stolen all the time." My packages always arrive before noon, which is great since I work evening shifts. My packages almost never arrive before 3PM with FedEx or UPS. If it does for FedEx, it does so outside my building. But I digress. These guys. LaserShip. I got shipments from them 3 times and this happened to me twice. 1. Paid extra for one day shipping. 2. Stayed home all day until 8pm to receive the package. 3. Found out that I got a text message at 7:49pm saying .. "Delivery Attempted: We were unable to deliver your Amazon package. We'll try again on the next business day. I had 5 people in the house and no one heard the bell? Our bell is so loud that I can even hear it in the shower. I did receive my item on time once, but the delivery guy didn't even knock on my door. He just left my package in front of the door. I will not order items from the companies that use Lasership. - Got the delivery after several days. After making 3 calls.. First time when I called, I spoke with a lady to tell the delivery guy to leave the package in front of the door "if he doesn't know how to ring the door bell". I checked the website and there it was again.. "Delivery attempted". Called next morning and I was told that the delivery guy already came by my home in the morning so he's going to have to comeback next day. Called back right after I hung up to tell that I already told the guy to leave the package in front of the door. The delivery guy called and he was asking where my home was. When I say EVERY SINGLE package delivered by this company has gone missing it mean it! I had 3 orders from Victoria Secret go missing from Lasership. LaserShip / Prestige Expedite 701 EAST SOUTH STREET LANSING, MI 48910 just delivered a package to my house. The method of delivery goes as follows, driver parks in the driveway, exits the van and walks toward the porch. The driver stops at the steps to the porch and throws the package at the house, bouncing it off the house and on to the porch, then leaves. The company (LaserShip / Prestige Expedite) does not care about the packages that they deliver and the drivers act as though it is an inconvenience to actually deliver, even though that is what they are paid to do. Its been twice that my packages has not arrived however, i get delivered notifications. I ordered package from Amazon on Sept 6 and was due delivery on 12th. Amazon used to send packages through UPS or USPS where I used to get it on my doorstep but unfortunately this time it was Lasership. I got notifications of my item being delivered and signed by someone named H. That day I was home waiting for the package and my name does not start with a H. I complained about it, they said, " issued an investigation file", which I never got any information. I got my refund through Amazon. I ordered a different packages from Amazon on 13th September and I got notification of my item being delivered on 17th through Lasership again. I came home looking for my package on my doorstep which I never saw. I had to complain and had to do the same cycle to get investigation and refund. I have had no issues with any other courier services before until Lasership. It is one of the worst shipping company I have dealt with in my life. I hope the founder of this company sees this aggressive and frustrated comments and get his company or the employer on track. I order food deliveries through Misfits Market and they occasionally use LaserShip as their delivery service. The deliveries are consistently missing boxes that they claim they delivered. If there should be two boxes in the order, I receive one and they claim they delivered two. Contacting their customer service is useless. The delivery driver for Lasership parked in my driveway, we were outside, saw the driver get out, then back in the delivery truck. Marked my package delivered and drove away. No package delivered. I immediately called the company, after waiting 45+ minutes on hold, I was told call back today because the local branch was closed. Called back this morning to sit another 52+ minutes on hold for them to tell me this driver got a signature, supposedly mine. So not only did he steal my package but he forged my signature. So they have a thief/felon working for them, and no one is willing to reconcile this for me. I called the company I ordered from, and half my order wasn't available anymore. My husband order me something for Christmas. It was suppose to be delivered on Dec. 7th 2020. He received an email saying it was delivered. But there was no package on our porch and no one ever came to our door. Later on that day, I called Lasership and spoke with someone they told me it says it was delivered and he would contact the driver and call me right back. An hour went by with no call so my husbamd called back to be told that the driver said that she delivered my package and it was a face 2 face delivery at 9 a.m. I want to say that is the funniest thing I heard all day for two reasons, one was because have kids doing online learning and sit in my living room with my youngest and no one ever knocked on my door ( I ask for the guy one the phone to have the driver describe me since she knew for a fact that she handed it to me but they said they couldn't do that.) and two because I have two small dogs that bark at anyone that comes to our door or walks by and my dogs never did that either. So I do not recommend using this company if you want to see you package. I do not want to say what I think they do with these packages they say they deliver and never do. read more

From my living room window I witnessed the driver throw the package at my door from behind my fence. Fence has no lock on it. FedEx Amazon and UPS open it and deliver just fine but this guy throws it and when confronted dosen't even offer an apology. He told me "just call if it's broken" but wouldn't give me contact info. Called the phone number I found for them online and his superior just made excuses. Terrible service all around. Deliveries may be on time, but they are never secure. Lasership habitually leaves packages in places where they can be easily stolen. Also, they do not ring your bell, alerting their arrival. read more

The service has been horrible. I have waited over a week from the promised delivery date and then I have an hour away to get my package. This process has been horrible, customer service persons are rude and incapable of telling me which location my package is at followed by telling me that my address is not found. I have lived here for nearly 3 years, yet I'm told they can't find me. A joke of a company and they need serious help with customer service skills along with current maps! I reached out to LaserShip, and after 2 days I still had yet to receive a response. After contacting them a second time, I was told, "Unfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance." So now I'm trying to contact the seller. This company isn't reliable. They have 1 star for a reason. Horrible service, First they delivered my "Package" at 2:33pm I opened the door at 2:36pm that same day. My "Package was there" but not the items inside. The box was completely open. They claimed on the tracking status that "more information was needed" to deliver the package but no one contacted me to get that information to deliver my package. No explanation given at all. They've been very difficult to get in contact with and no one I speak to in customer service seems to know what's going on. I ordered a time-sensitive package and it ended up being shipped with LaserShip. It was originally estimated to be shipped by Friday, but it now says it won't be here until Monday. I called Customer Service to see if I could get it shipped faster, and after waiting for 15 minutes on hold, I spoke with the most useless customer service representative I've ever had to work with. He was mumbling, so I couldn't even understand half of what he was saying, and he was incredibly rude and not helpful. He didn't even know what day it was when he was telling me the shipping estimate. I will now be getting my package 2 days later than I need it, which is incredibly stressful. I could COUNT on them delivering to my apartment door but NOW they come LATE in the evening (after we all check the mail and then go upstairs) and drop off the packages UNDER the bank of mailboxes where ANYONE could steal them. Lasership 'delivered' a package on 12/21, when I was home. I never received the package and logged a ticket with them a day or so later. No response. Log another ticket within a week and a half or so - still no response. Within a month after the so-called delivery, I logged two tickets, submitted an email and 2 Facebook messages, and called them to get an answer. They finally sent me an email stating that it was too long after the delivery to conduct an investigation. Horrible customer service. First and last time I'll deal with them. read more

CORRUPT!! AVOID WHEN EVER POSSIBLE!I wish I could give them NO Stars!! The conclusion I have come to us that their employees have to be stealing the packages. I ordered a package which was marked. "Attempted: Delivery could not be completed - Incorrect address " However, Where the scan was done and where the delivery was allegedly attempted were an hour apart. I've had other packaged delivered without a problem, and when I called and verified the address there was no issue. When I called they told me "no problem we have the package here and we are going to reship it out to you and you should have it in about two days. You will see the tracking start moving again." After a couple of days I called Zulily and they got in contact with LS and was told "sorry the package is lost" no other explanation as to why it never left their facility or was ever "really" attempted in the first place. And for those of you who don't know how Zulily works, once the item is gone, it's gone. So the items I purchased I can no longer get! Which makes me even more mad! The box is big, 14x18x7, it doesn't just disappear. The driver who delivered my box the other day, came looking completely unprofessional. A rundown old minivan (personal vehicle) stuffed with what looked like garbage, I honestly thought they were rummaging through my trash until I realized they were delivering on of my packages. I've insisted to LS that this needs to be investigated. Packages of this size don't just disappear. The driver has to know where the package is. There was obviously a reason they didn't want to drive out to me to deliver it. They scanned it "attempted" and put it somewhere. Whether it be in his or her personal car and took it home or what this needs to be addressed. I t seems to be a common theme among the company that packages go missing with LS, and I will not stand for its "LOST". That is not acceptable! I will no longer buy from companies that use LS because there is no guarantee that you will get your package, there is actually a better chance that you wont. Very sad!! read more

ZERO STARS!!! TERRIBLE!!! I am HIGHLY disturbed with this company!! I ordered a package that was almost $200 in value, which I tracked religiously and still NOTHING! I have sent multiple inquiries through the "contact us" form on their site with NO RESPONSE. My tracking number said it would be here on the 22, but it just sat and sat, upon sending one status required, magically a new message appears saying "parcel was not delivered, will go out next business day" which would be April 23rd, welp, I was hopeful when I saw a message saying "loaded onto the truck" then "out for delivery" I sat at home alllllllll day waiting, front door open for package, and nothing! no update to the tracking number either! on the 24th in the morning, it was updated saying package was delivered at 8:20pm on 4/23 LIES!!! we were home all night, with the door open and did not go to bed until after 11, and NO PACKAGE!! I then called customer services, explained all this, and the lady says "we will open an investigation" when I asked what that means, or entails, she says "I don't know, I don't do it", but if you don't get your package by Friday 4/26, call the people you ordered from. Excuse me? What? your company said it was delivered last night, specifically "left at door" so I'm confused again what your actually investigating! clearly fraud!! and still without a package! I been googling the president Fred Aryan of Lasership along with a few other host's of head executives, to see if maybe they can help! This is utterly ridiculous! No trackin number or confirmation of this "investigation" either. Staples gave me the name and telephone number of the person in charge at the Miami hub - Michael Jensen 305-747-2487. I've called him 6 times and to date he has yet to return any of my calls. I tracked a package on 12-7 that was shipped on 11-26. The information on LaserShip said the package was put on a truck on 12-3, but it went back to a center in Kennesaw and was put on a hold and was still on a hold on 12-6. My husband sent a message to them, and heard nothing. I tracked the package again on 12-10. It now is showing that the package was delivered on 12-3! My husband and son-in-law saw a lady pull in our drive on 12-3, get out, look in the back of her unmarked van, get back in the van, and drive off without ever leaving anything or speaking to anyone. We figured out that she had to be with LaserShip. I called the company I ordered from, and they said their records show the package as lost!
