well my first experience with this previously unknown company is piss poor. ordered something that had to get here in two days and it was clearly advertised as such. Check with any other carrier, and two days is routine for this area. Vendor shipped on time, and the second laser ship received it, they added a day to shipping time. No weather issues, they just extended it, the second they received it. They don't seem to understand what it means to make a simple promise on their delivery service, that other businesses count on. I understand companies use this sh*tty company to cut cost but when packages get lost/stolen those companies end up paying more for re-shipment. I do not understand how this company still in business. I have stopped shopping at any site that uses this company to ship due to merchandise continuously being missing. The latest annoyance with their service has prompted me to write a review. With Amazon Prime, their 1 or 2-day delivery option would mean that LaserShip might end up as the service they use to deliver my packages. I almost always have issues with their delivery. Either it's tagged as "delivered" but it's really not and you have to wait a couple days before they do deliver it or I don't receive the packages at all. This time, I truly needed the item to be delivered ASAP, and with the pandemic and all, I didn't want to go out and buy it. So 1-day delivery it is. I ordered 4 things which Amazon shipped in 2 packages. The first package arrived successfully. It was also with LaserShip. The 2nd package, containing the items I needed ASAP, was marked as "delivered" later on. Mind you, there weren't any doorbells, calls, or texts sent for both packages and because of the pandemic, we didn't leave our flat at all. But still, I checked the mail area and it's not there. Anyway, I also checked their site to see the delivery details of the 2nd package and lo and behold, they attached a photo as proof of delivery for a package in a different mailroom from a different building. So yeah. I don't know what to do with this information and it's just so frustrating when this happens. I get that sometimes, they make mistakes. I get that sometimes deliveries get delayed. But this is pretty much consistent already and I hope LaserShip does something about it. Like, maybe to start with, don't make it a habit to tag the packages as delivered when it's not to avoid confusion! read more

Ordered from Walmart on 11/22/21 two packages of socks. Supposed to be at Flint, MI (about an hour away from me) on 11/26/21. Still never got the package on 12/10/21. Called Walmart and canceled order. They said "weather delay" on 12/6/21 however being an hour away any day between 11/26/21 would still have taken me an hour to drive one way. For the 2nd time a package delivered by Lasership was stolen from my porch. Somehow, neither the delivery driver- nor the package is picked up by the Ring camera. The tracking shows that it took 2 min to load my package on the truck, drive it to the destination, and then leave it at the "front door", I mean do they really think people are so naive?!
