SUCKS! WORST CARRIER EVER! I'd give a zero if I could. I had a delivery scheduled as "out for delivery" for Tuesday. 20 minutes away in Franklin, according to tracking. Didn't show. Then it was coming Wednesday, from Franklin. Didn't show. THIS MORNING (Thursday) tracking showed it was in VIRGINIA. I reached out to LaserShip's USELESS "virtual assistant" and it said, "out for Delivery, Upton. YAY! That was a half hour ago. NOW is shows on the "virtual assistant" that it's still in Franklin. Two boxes of perishable food items were supposed to be delivered last Tuesday to my house. When they didn't show up I reached out to the company who I purchase these routine produce items from, and they issued me a refund right away. I have never had this experience with them before so I'm not sure if they switched shipping companies recently or what. I reached out twice to the shipping facility (Lasership) and heard absolutely nothing, 7 days later. Highly recommend not using. Unreliable and unresponsive. It's great that a refund was issued, but I would rather have the groceries that I ordered unspoiled and delivered on time. read more

Was in our mailbox on November 16 but wasn't delivered by the US postal service so they are obligated to return to the sender with postage due. Literally the worst shipping company. A package was suppose to be delivered to my address they delivered the package to the other side of town to the wrong address. I showed up to the address 10 minutes later and the package was gone. I ask the resident of that house and she tells me that they don't have anything and that she used to work for Lasership and that they suck. Which led me to believe that they are purposely delivering to "wrong address". This is a shame and the company should shut down. This is the absolute worst delivery service ever. Very unresponsive when trying to report issues with their service. The delivery driver takes pictures of their deliveries like Amazon does but apparently I was unlucky enough to get a driver who doesn't care where he drops the packages. All you have to do is look for the CORRECT house number and street and drop the package at the correct home. Why is it so hard to put in a claim for this issue. I live in 100 unit apartment complex. All you have to do is walk in the building ring my buzzer and let me know a package is there. Three packages have been left outside and taken. My tracking information shows that all my packages were supposedly "delivered" on 12/1/2021. I was at home waiting for the arrival there's no way the package was delivered; no appearance on my camera. People work hard for their money and should receive the items they order. My packages are either delivered miles away to another address or marked "attempted, need more information " then returned and I never get them. I'm home all day, I literally live on Main Street , not hard to find. Can't talk to an actual human and their online forms don't help anything. Currently it's almost a month from this date (June 19th). On June 7th it was delivered to this distribution center and I expected it to come soon after. But I haven't seen this package. I reached out via email and they responded by telling me to contact the Franklin location (which I have been trying to call for days sitting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and no one ever picks up). I tried emailing them several times looking to pick up the package but they reply telling me to contact this Franklin location which I AM contacting email and over the phone. The tracking showed my package was delivered, but I have cameras everywhere so I would have seen them deliver it. I filled out the form on their website three times and nobody contacted me. Luckily I contacted the store I bought the products from and informed them of the problem. They offered to send out another order, but I said not if they used the same company. They are shipping my order by UPS thankfully. Unfortunately I would not order from the company again as long as they are using Lasership to deliver. They stole my victoria secret package. Forged a signature. They put "katie" as the receiving person. My name is not Katie btw. Just so they could make it look like a person received the item. Looking at the tracking history of my package. They had my package listed in MA and FL at the same time. Simultaneously delivered in the same minute to "Katie". I guess they have worm holes nobody knows about. I checked my security cameras on the date and time they claimed it was delivered. No delivery vehicle or person on site. I contacted Lasership which was absolutely pointless. Said they opened a case two days later got what looked like was an automated email saying there's nothing they could do and I needed to contact the seller. So their employees steal the packages and they tell you to go to the seller and you just have to pray you are refunded your money. Why why why are these companies still doing business with Lasership??? They are scam artists. Plan on going to the BBB and filing a complaint but it's probably useless seeing as all the complaints they have against them and they are still in operation. Took this company 5 days to get my package from New Jersey to MA. It's now been sitting in their Franklin facility for 6 days! I understand there are delays, but EVERY single day since they picked up my package, they say expected delivery will occur on that day. My delivery window was dec. 9-18, and now the company I bought from says wait till the 28th (after paying for shipping). I cannot get in touch with anyone laaership. Ordered a pair of hiking boots from REI and they were scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, Nov. 17. Thursday, Nov. 18 got a notification that they arrived at Lasership's Franklin, MA facility, not far from where I live. Then crickets until Monday, Nov. 22. Monday evening I get an email saying the boots had been delivered. Run downstairs only to find there's no package. I still don't know where my boots are on Tuesday afternoon. This review has an UPDATE to it. (See below.) Whenever you order from a company for the first time, check to see if they use LaserShip and if they do, do not buy from them. Period. LaserShip allows your order to sit in their various facilities for days and days and days and days. Their website will say "out for delivery" and the product will not get delivered. The next day, they simply change the date to the current day's date. They use people who drive their private cars to deliver your goods. Are they bonded or insured? I don't know. They don't place the package at or toss the package toward your door, they THROW it many feet. They aim it more or less toward your doorstep. Helen Keller has a better aim than these people. These people are incompetent and potentially dishonest. UPDATED on 12/24/2020 --- Someone named Alex reached out to me via Yelp's message system and I finally received my shipment a couple of days later so that was great. I hope LaserShip of Massachusetts can improve their operations. The voice mailbox for the Woburn location is ALWAYS full and the voice mail for Franklin is not set up. This is just not a good way to do business. I liked that the delivery person took a photo of the package on my doorstep. Granted, I'm home 24/7 during the pandemic but when I go back to work, this is a definite plus. I hope they do this for all of their deliveries. read more

Couldn't be worse! I have a meal delivery service (read: perishable) scheduled to come via LaserShip every Monday. Seems like every week there is a problem. Delivered to the wrong address several times, multiple times it's been left by the street 1/4 mile from my house when the delivery directions couldn't possibly be more specific, and two Mondays so far this month the delivery of perishable food just hasn't arrived on the delivery day at all. Customer service agents on the phone have been pleasant enough, but never have followed through with what they said they would do (ie "I'll call you back", "you'll hear from someone by 10")--doesn't happen. I've given them grace to sort things out through this pandemic (hence the 2 star instead of 1 star)--I know things aren't easy--but almost a year of fairly consistent issues is too much. My business wouldn't survive if our service was like this. I cringe when I see anything I've ordered is being delivered by LaserShip. read more

I can't even give Lasership one star they are so terrible! We have been waiting on a package since December 10th, which you could make the argument isn't long, however LS has supposedly attempted to deliver it three times. We have called each time to provide them further delivery instructions and each time, we're told it will be delivered within 48 hours. We still don't have the package. They won't let us complain, they won't let us talk to the facility, they won't let us speak to a supervisor. They aren't willing to help us get our package. read more
