Terrible! Delivered an REI package, which online we specifically requested the delivery to be made on the front porch. I thought i was punked when i approached my garage from my driveway and there was the package... neatly tossed onto my driveway, near the garage, 5 feet from a sign i made that said DELIVERIES ON FRONT PORCH, NOT NEAR THE GARAGE. We have told them many times that they are delivering to the wrong address, but they still keep leaving packages outside our BUSINESS building... this week 8 packages so far and we have two that are still here from months ago.. so there are 10 customers that have not received their packages because the drivers for this company are careless. I work for an apartment complex in grand ledge and Doing maintenance and grounds keeping. I work hard trying to make the complex look appealing and we'll taken care of to possible renters and current residents.... it's real annoying watching the laser shop driver drive his bluejacket on the lawn because he's to lazy to back up and use the actual drive to get from the parking lot to the main road... not to mention it was his personal vehicle so it's not like it was a big delivery truck or anything. ‍‍ read more

Can I give this company zero stars? They constantly fail to deliver on time. The packages are received and then they sit in a warehouse in Dimondale for days. Then, if we just happen to get a delivery text saying "Your package is out for delivery", it might show up or it might not. Most times, the package will NOT be delivered that day. What happens and why don't you deliver to the customer if you give an Out for Delivery text? What are your delivery hours? UPS goes all the way up until 8 PM. I've never failed to get delivery by them. Same with the post office. They always deliver. What happens to our packages, Lasership, at the end of the day and why are they not re-scanned in when your driver go back to your Dimondale warehouse facility so that we know it's in a safe place? We do not want our packages inside the personal vehicle of your drivers. Also, why doesn't your company take pride in its process? Why is there never anyone who can help? LaserShip - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - Dimondale, Michigan

The company I ordered from used LaserShip and my items sat in Flint for days. Then they claimed they delivered and posted a picture of the package by the door. Problem is it wasn't our door. Now they closed the complaint saying they show it was delivered and to contact the original shipper to complain. They are terrible. Don't know why these companies keep using them. read more

They continue to deliver our packages to the wrong address. It has been 3 times at this point. They even stop taking photos as the first time I told them it was pictured no where even near our home. Everytime I see that a package we are getting is being delivered from them I know we won't get it. I'm starting to think they just keep your packages if they like what company it comes from. Lasership is UNRELIABLE! I had a Christmas order coming from Bath & Body works.. they shipped with this company and I NEVER received it. I also tried contacting them about it and never heard back from them! Very very shady to me! And very unprofessional!!! Steer clear of them! Luckily when I contacted Bath & Body works they provided me with amazing customer service (Lasership could learn something from them) and sent me a new order through USPS instead. Yeah more like "LazyShip" or "LarcenyShip." They never delivered my package and dont care. The tracking says it was delivered on a Sunday and I was here all day. Maybe they didn't realize I was because my car was in the garage, but they never showed up. The tracking says it was delivered and "left in mail room". There is no apartment near my house. I contacted their customer service and "opened a case" and the auto reply says an investigation will be completed in two business days. After four days of not hearing back I gave up. The site says that if you don't hear from them in 2 days to contact the seller. The retailer had nothing to say likely because Lasership is known for not delivering packages and they just silently refunded me, no explanation of what happened. So after a few hours of my time wasted contacting various customer services I'm back to needing sunglasses like I did a week ago. How does this company even exist. How do they still make so much money yet run like some unreliable cousin who owes you money and may or may not come through if and when they feel like it but most likely will just make up some story about how they can't find their wallet. How do they not take photos of their delivery? If they were operating with integrity I do not see why they would not. I ordered expensive and hard to find electronics from Walmart. They chose lasership as the delivery company. The lasership company claims to have the package in its delivery location but has not delivered my package more than 8 days after they claim to have received it. I have contacted customer support 4 times over the last week to try to get my package delivered. They claim to have tagged the package as urgent and under investigation, but I have not heard back from anyone at the company regarding an escalation or updated timeline. My package still has not been delivered. They keep updating the delivery page to say it is scheduled for delivery yesterday. It said delivered to the front porch and there were no footprints in the snow to our front porch. the package never arrived to our home.
