I think next time I'd try just the regular batter burger, which is just the patty fried, not the whole thing. I enjoyed the fries that came with it, they were very tasty. I also ordered the 4 piece Chicken Dinner ($17). This has Tender chicken battered in Joe's batter mix fried to perfection. I got this to go and reheated in the oven and air fried to re crisp the next day. It came out perfectly. It was excellent. Super tasty and tender and the batter is excellent. The pork sandwich was good, except for the lump of crispy fat which was DELICIOUS!! I think I've had better collards, though these were alright. I ate my meal in their track-side picnic table pavilion. A freight went by and was quite loud. So, it was authentic whistlepig ambience. I'd do it again.
