The San Ramon location always messes up appointments and don't make any effort to make it right. The front desk seems inexperienced with customer service and bookings. There are many times I've been made to wait 1 hour after applying the numbing cream and they were unapologetic and unprofessional in their response. This place is Amazing. First off it's in a really nice safe plaza. Very clean facility. I went in for Coolscupting. I was very nervous but they make you feel right at home and they're extremely patient. My nurses Jina and Melanie were awesome! The procedure didn't hurt at all, you feel a little pressure then honestly I fell asleep. Very relaxing. Then they have to massage the treated area that takes a couple minutes. That part isn't as relaxing but trust me so worth it. I definitely am looking forward to my next session. read more
