Thank you for opening a San Ramon office! Although I started laser services in Dublin, I'm ecstatic that my favorite nurse Jina has transferred to the San Ramon location with her promotion. I'm not at all surprised that she is lead nurse. She sets the example for the staff. Jina always screens me pre treatment to ensure I have the best outcome and always briefly reminds me of the after care. I've undergone the bulk of my treatments with Jina because not only do I prefer her as my nurse due to her warm demeanor and professionalism, she is attentive to my concerns. I've never grown used to the treatments and she is very understanding that I require ice before laser treatments and is always prepared when treating me. She has been consistently patient keeping in mind my low pain tolerance. Jina is one of two veteran nurses I know of at the San Ramon location and one of the best if you need a referral. You can request your appt with her, just check her availability when booking your Appts. She is always upbeat, extremely personable while professional, considerate and is always prepared for your questions and concerns. Even though LazerAway is a chain, they treat you as if they are a small boutique business. Every employee has a sweet personality, and they answer questions, and provide space for you to feel awkward about the treatments. Let's face it. If you're in there for a Brazilian, it's awkward. But they reassure you that, it's okay, they've had the treatment too, and it was awkward for them as well. This was my first time back post shelter-in-place and they do a great job of making their customers feel safe. They check your temperature, give you sanitizer, and they have rearranged their seating area to help with social distancing. Today Amanda (I hope I got that correct), was my nurse. Like all the other employees, she was sweet, and patient, and accommodated my stupid arthritic hip like a pro. Every appointment I've made here had to be rescheduled, and usually last minute. For the amount of money I'm paying I expected a lot better service. I don't know what the point of scheduling an appointment is if it's always going to be changed. As for the results of the clear + brilliant service... remains to be seen. Their customer service is very good and the nurses and receptionists are helpful with product recommendations as well as pre and post treatment care advice. This location is so beautiful, and I prefer it over my normal Dublin location, although Dublin is fantastic too. I love the positive energy from all the girls here. Kali is one of the girls here, and she's so welcoming, friendly and just the sweetest. She went above and beyond trying to get all my services done before my birthday. She spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to make our schedules work. When I arrived the first time, I was struggling to find how to get to the building or where to park. Kali talked me through it on the phone the entire way and then she came out, met me at the parking garage and walked me into the building so that I wouldn't get lost.
