I've been a loyal customer of LaserAway for a long time, but my most recent visit was deeply disappointing and honestly quite distressing. The technician seemed rushed from the beginning and skipped essential steps that are typically part of the process -- like properly marking my arms. When I tried to give polite feedback, she brushed it off with, "This is how I do it," and later said, "This is my style," when I questioned why she wasn't repositioning herself as other technicians have always done. What was even more upsetting was how she handled the conversation. I remained respectful throughout, but she accused me of being disrespectful -- which felt completely uncalled for and frankly unprofessional. The worst part? I was burned during the session. The pain was immediate and has continued since. I've been in significant discomfort, and I honestly don't understand how something so serious could happen at a professional clinic like this. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but the experience -- both physically and emotionally -- left me with no choice. I reached out to customer service, hoping for real concern or resolution. Instead, I was simply told to apply Vaseline. There was no acknowledgment of the pain I experienced or the emotional toll the incident caused. When it was time to pay, I paid in full without hesitation. But when it was time to receive quality service, I was met with carelessness and disappointment. I expected better from LaserAway, and I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through what I did. I need a better resolution than what I've been offered so far. This was my first time getting laser hair removal treatment done. First, the place was very clean and the staff, extremely kind and friendly. The lady that did my session was out of their Denver location and there helping out. Explanations of what she was going to do and needed me to do, were precise and easy to understand. My experience was FANTASTIC. I got face, underarms, legs, and Brazilian done. The ONLY place I felt any discomfort (like little needle pricks) was the underarms. The rest of my body, I felt nothing but a cool breeze. Again, my first time, so I asked my lady if this was a normal thing or only something Laser Away uses (I THINK she said it was something that was starting to be used more often now) , they blast cold, frigid air on you the whole time, and at the very moment the laser pulses. So all I ever felt was the blast of cold air. I'm not sure if being so cold, numbed the skin quickly in each section, but my nerves quickly subsided when I felt no pain. So much so, that after some conversation, I picked up my Kindle and started reading my book while she worked. Best first experience EVER! read more

The Park Medows location is unmatched. Denver has two of the best locations on the west side and Park Medows, though newer, does not fall short. Their team is PERSONABLE. I'm not someone who typically even cares to wear makeup or have any other treatments aside from laser. Being in places that offer these services gives me massive anxiety because I've been treated differently for being "more natural" as if either choices are a "bad" thing. The Colorado locations, especially Park Medows, is the POLAR OPPOSITE of what I've experienced in the past. These girls are butts, guts, and coconuts and no one cares! I love that the VP comes in personally to her stores and me and her always have (probably too much) of a good time. The team is well rounded in personality, which goes to show how well they work together. That's hard to do! Seriously...I'm going to stop because I could go on forever. Just go here. This is the first LaserAway center I've visited since moving to Colorado. I am getting tattoo removal. I've had such a great experience so far! Firstly, the girls working there are so friendly! I had my 2 kids with me since it was the weekend, and they were so accommodating. They made hot chocolate for them and Hannah pulled out jars of slime for the kids to play with, and kept them entertained while I did my treatment. Was seriously the highlight of my kids day, LOL. The treatment was fast and though a bit painful, lasted only seconds since my tattoo is pretty small. She put a generous amount of cream and the bandage was secure and completely waterproofed. I was able to keep it on until the next day, and it kept the treatment moisturized and protected. I came in today for the grand opening party. First of all, this location is AMAZING. I love that it's conveniently in the shopping promenade of Park Meadows mall. I can do some shopping before and after my treatments! Second, the staff were all amazing and welcoming. I received the Instant glow facial and my regular laser hair removal treatments. Wow! I've only ever been to Laseraway locations in Manhattan, so I wasn't sure what to expect at a COLORADO Laseraway, but it was exactly the same in terms of quick, knowledgeable staff & pristine facility. While waiting, an elderly gentleman wandered in to inquire about something related to a scar and him shaving and Laseraway girls were on it, gave him truthful advice about what they could and could not do for him and made him feel totally comfortable, I'd guess he probably went ahead and booked an an appt, it was cute. I came here for laser hair on my neck and cheeks. My wife has been going here for some time and really liked it, so I thought I'd give it a chance.
