I've been to Laser Away a few times now, both for laser tattoo removal and also for a Clear and Brilliant laser facial. I'm so impressed with everyone there. The salons are bright and clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Most importantly, I'm really pleased with the tattoo laser removal treatments. Although I've only had 2 so far, I can see changes and some fading already. Before and after any treatment, I received great information including how to prep my skin and how to treat it after the laser process. Tattoo removal is not painless - so if you decide to get a tattoo removed, it stings.....but it's over very quickly once the laser leaves your skin. The staff at Laser Away educated me about this. Because I have two very small tattoos being removed, I didn't opt for the numbing cream ahead of time, so my experience is probably more painful than most. If you have larger tattoos, I'd definitely get the numbing cream ahead of time! After one Clear and Brilliant facial, my skin looks so much better! I've seen Hannah for both the laser tattoo removal and the laser facial treatments, and she's fabulous. I recently started going to LaserAway in San Francisco for some treatments. I bought a package for Cool Sculpting and decided to get it done at the Corte Madera LA because they had some more recent availability and I wanted to start as soon as possible. Upon entering, I was greeted so nicely by the receptionist. Trina who was doing my Cool Sculpting for the day quickly came to meet me and take me back to the room. I was a little nervous but she made me feel super comfortable and advised me on what my options were and potential areas to focus on based off the results I was looking for. The whole session was completely easy and she frequently checked in on me to make sure everything was going well - certain areas take between 35-45 minutes so they give you the room to relax. I had such a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back for my next session. I'm also seriously considering making this my home location because it was super easy to get too, it wasn't as crowded as SF and the staff was very nice! read more

This place is amazing! I can't believe they only opened now! The location is extremely convenient and as soon as you walk in the door is it very clean. The main waiting area is perfect to sit in and talk to the wonderful staff at the front desk. They truly know how to take care of you and make the experience as effortless as possible. I got my treatment for an amazing price as well. Once your in the treatment room you are tended to right away and the staff explain what will happen perfectly. The treatment only takes about 10 minutes and other than a slight pinching it is fairly painless. Then I dont experience any pain after and have already started to see the results! I have been to the new Corte Madera location twice after trying the Novato location in the past - the staff at both locations is wonderful. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk staff to the nurses, was all super attentive and very patient with my many questions. I did thermage with Sam in Corte Madera and she was top-notch! She kept it real by letting me know all the risks and what to expect, making extra sure that I definitely wanted to proceed before starting out session. I just had my first appointment and I am so happy I finally got started. I've had some pretty stubborn pigmentation/texture issues and have always wanted to try the clear and brilliant laser facial. One of the girls up at the front showed me her before and after photos and I was completely sold. My nurse Trina so pleasant and really took her time walking me through the treatment. When scheduling my appointment the girl at the front was very patient with me as we figured out the best time for my busy schedule. I waited two weeks to get in because I did have some sun exposure on my face and I wasn't wearing sunscreen. All in all I am very excited to have healthier looking skin! Friendly Staff, But the Process is Disappointing I purchased a package of 8 sessions for hair removal in the underarm and Brazilian areas. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was initially happy with the results. By the second session, I noticed a reduction in hair growth, which made me hopeful. However, now that I've completed all 8 sessions, I'm extremely frustrated. It's been only two months since my last session, and the hair is already starting to grow back. Despite the kind and professional staff, the process itself is disappointing. I invested a significant amount of money expecting lasting results, but instead, I feel like I've wasted it. I have never had fillers before and was really nervous prior to my appointment. When I went in Nikki and Janna were really nice and explained the entire procedure and what to expect. Nikki did the injection and it honestly did not hurt! Her technique was great and she was so confident. I was given numbing cream prior and it helped a lot aa well. The office is nice and clean too which gives off a great impression of the environment. I'm in love with my filler and look forward to going in again next year! What I loved most is Janna and Nikki made sure I was comfortable during the appointment and during the touch up I got to use the rest of my syringe. Definitely a great experience!! read more

Had my first appointment for for laser hair removal and it was extremely painless and all of the ladys were awesome! I was created by the front desk workers and they were super friendly and welcoming just letting me know everything about the appointment. The facility was clean and beautiful. when I got into the appointment the lead clinician, Sarah, was just the sweetest person and took great care of me. I have been going to Laser away since October so around 6 months and the Ladies there are so nice and always make sure that you are comfortable and prepared for your treatment. I got a package back in October for Laser Hair removal. Staff is super helpful. it's a white-glove experience. I've laser work over whole body for hair removal and tattoo removal. Two tips: Skip numbing cream for Brazilian - ice pack works better. One note is there are a lot of questions you'll have to answer which may not all pertain to the service you're getting.
