This is my third time coming back to LaserAway. First was the xeomin treatment which is still holding up very well after 3 weeks (thanks Jen!) Last week I came in for my first ever cool sculpting treatment and nurse Jen, once again, was fantastic. Guided me through the whole process and although I'm still feeling a little sore, there was no bruising or swelling afterwards. She was great. Today I did laser hair removal, total lower body and I had nurse Jade. Before she took me in I had the pleasure of chatting away with Karen, the receptionist who was super informative on the new deals they were having but also offered me beverages while I waited. The service is very professional, quick, and clean. If you're fortunate enough to buy a package during their sales, the prices are unmatched in NYC. HOWEVER, they're not good about being on time. For three out of the sixish times I've gone, they made me wait more than half an hour after my schedule appointment time. Another thing: their door is locked, so because the attendant wasn't at her desk, I waited for 15 minutes in the cold just to get in. Funny enough, when I came in ONCE five minutes late, the receptionists were very snarky about it... They didn't pick up the phone when I called to complain, either. They also didn't apologize for being so late. The receptionists are sweet, just a little pushy for you to buy more packages.
