I feel lucky I discovered Ace Office Furniture and even luckier that I was able to deal with the owner, Ace directly. As great as it was to work directly with Ace, I think where Ace Office Furniture really shines is with their delivery team. The team that delivered my furniture was the most professional delivery team I have every used. I will definitely be making Ace Office Furniture my go-to provider for office furniture.

The staff was very helpful and the process was quick and efficient. Even though it was just a chair ... on wheels ... the manager called a young man from the warehouse to load it in th back of our SUV. A very pleasant experience.

The girl at the front--the heavier-set one (I'm not trying to be disrespectful or…read morediscriminate)--has very poor customer service. I asked her for help because the printer wasn't working. She didn't even look at me. She just rolled her eyes, ignored me, and helped another customer instead. She basically left me standing there feeling like an idiot. I don't like being this way, but I genuinely want what's best for everyone. Someone with that kind of attitude shouldn't be working at the front, especially in a customer service position.

I used this company for many years in a few different places that I worked in. I had a great rep…read morewho would help me find anything and then would help me to find the items at a lesser cost. My rep, Brian Findley always expressed for me to contact him directly as he could find me the better pricing vs. me just ordering straight through the site. The sold business and office supplies. It appears they have moved more into furniture and the lack of customer service is severely lacking now. Today I reached out to see if I could get help ordering some products, they found for me in the past. I was pretty much pawned off and told I could find my items on Amazon. What company does this? When I expressed my disappointment, I was then told in so many words (see below) that they may not be a good fit for my company. My rep flat out lied and said that my last orders were a while ago (a year ago- I did not realize that you had to make so many purchases in a specific amount of time??) and most of that I returned. I RETURNED 2 ITEMS for which I did not ask for a refund, I put that money towards even more supplies. Sadly what was a great company that I recommend to many others is not the stand-up, helpful company that they once were. Such a sad loss as they were my go-to. Email I received from Brian Findley. From: Brian Finley: baf@velocitybp.com Hi Stephanie, My apologies! As much as I hate to say it, we may not be a good fit for you. Your last orders were last year in April and May, which I/we spent a lot of time helping you with, all to be returned. It may be easier for you to go to Office Max and select your items off the shelf. **Mind you this was I was referred to Amazon for my purchases and then stated that maybe I should go to an OfficeMax (which I wouldn't want to do because I need specific items they don't carry and work in an industry where I need more personalized service) **
