She didn't even look at me. She just rolled her eyes, ignored me, and helped another customer instead. She basically left me standing there feeling like an idiot. I don't like being this way, but I genuinely want what's best for everyone. Someone with that kind of attitude shouldn't be working at the front, especially in a customer service position.

My rep, Brian Findley always expressed for me to contact him directly as he could find me the better pricing vs. me just ordering straight through the site. The sold business and office supplies. It appears they have moved more into furniture and the lack of customer service is severely lacking now. Today I reached out to see if I could get help ordering some products, they found for me in the past. I was pretty much pawned off and told I could find my items on Amazon. What company does this? When I expressed my disappointment, I was then told in so many words (see below) that they may not be a good fit for my company. My rep flat out lied and said that my last orders were a while ago (a year ago- I did not realize that you had to make so many purchases in a specific amount of time??) and most of that I returned. I RETURNED 2 ITEMS for which I did not ask for a refund, I put that money towards even more supplies.
