Last time visiting Office Depot - particularly at this location. Came here to get 5 photo calendars bound (I make these every year). No one in the store - other than at the copy center. Long line. Wait and wait. I finally get to be "next" in line and I'm told they can't help me until I send a text to their number with my full name. I asked why, since I was next in line anyway. I was told that others who had "checked in" would be waited on before me - and she couldn't help me until I did electronically check in via my phone. Nope. Not doing that - no business needs to track/access my phone number and name for a simple service. I declined and left. Never NEVER going back. read more

Needed some quick business cards printed for a pop up event, so I went online and ordered something quick! Something in their "1 hour print " section. Unfortunately the order goes through a system and a person has to approve my order before it gets printed. Well it never got "approved" I tried callin the customer care # to see what the hold up was- and I never got a response all I got was the same voicemail message from the same person saying the same thing "were not available " So since I needed the cards in a hour and it's been about 3 hours since my order was placed- I had no option but to go to the location itself and see what the hold up was- This post should be a 1 star for Office Depot. But when I went in a young lady by Marissa took the time to apologize - go as far as looking up my order , apologizing for the hold up , printing and doubling my order of printed cards all within a 20-30 min time frame !! So Mr. Office Depot you have some thanking to do and some appreciation to show Marissa in your printing department- not only did she help me in that time frame but she Also assisted about 4-5 people with their request! Received great service here at the print center. Within fifteen minutes I had consulted with print worker, had 7 presentations bound and paid for and all around 3pm on a weekday. Thanks Office Depot! Wish they had a bigger clearance section. Parts of the store looked bare too which was weird. read more

I went into this Office Depot just to make a quick print. I asked if they can break $100 and the lady to me she couldn't. She told me to go to the main desk, so I go up the front and ask the guy for chang and he asked me to buy something. I had just spent $30 on prints and told him I wasn't buying anything else. I wish I could give no stars. The printing center is a joke. I asked if they could do a 8.5 by 11 page bleed. They said yes and took my USB drive. It took the lady behind the counter 2 minutes to find out which USB was mine...even though there was only one on the computers list. So already I had a bad feeling. I ask for cardstock samples, and they tell me to go behind the counter and check for myself. The selection was subpar at best. I walk back to the other side of the counter and if give them the paper. After 10 minutes of trying, she calls someone else over because she can't get it to print. In which time, we were ignored and others who came after us were helped... because she didn't know how to work the printer. When the other associate arrives, she tells the other girl that all she needed to do was hit start on the printer. Then 20 wrong pages printed. They were not full bleeds, and my design was cut off. The second lady then starts fiddling with settings and wastes more paper as she cannot get it to print the right way. I ask if I could take a look, and managed to get the settings to almost print perfecrly. I ask for her to print another page like I had just setup...but instead she prints it from word with the settings that didn't work... I start telling her that I don't want them because they are printed wrong, but she insists she can cut them... and she didn't even use the one I told her I liked. They tried to get me to purchase all of the misprints, and gave me a hard time when I told them I only needed two. And the two that they cut were not even cut the same!!! I cannot use these...especially if I'm giving them both to the same place. I would look foolish because they are noticeably different sizes. I made the mistake of asking them to print the word document as well on the same cardstock as my resume. This took an additional 10 minutes on top of the 35 minutes it took to get the other two prints because both girls magically forgot how to change the paper in the same machine they were just using. A good 15-20 pages were wasted just trying to get it to print on the right cardstock. When I FINALLY got my whooping 3 papers almost 45 minutes later, they again try to pressure me into buying their mistakes as there was a HUGE pile. I paid for my papers, and went across the street to staples. I'd suggest going there first. The girl behind the counter knew what she was talking about. She said they don't have an offset printer to do full bleeds in-store. It could be done, but it would have to be sent out to their specialty printers. I didn't get prints, but at least she didn't waste close to an hour of my time or a ton of paper. Go to staples. Save yourself time and frustration. read more

The cashier was very friendly and helpful with a smiling face but this was the only positive part of my consumer experience. The manager was not only condescending, but mentally incapable of understanding what I was attempting to convey in the conversation because she was too busy with her condescending agenda. Avoid this store at all costs. read more

Monica in the copy center was super nice and very helpful. I will come back for anything I need because of how great she was to work with.

This place has downsize in staff since 1997! But nevertheless, the store is in good condition with reasonable prices. The copy center rocks and they get the job done. There's never anything that they can't do. read more

By far the longest wait ever. I hate coming here. They never are able to pull up my forms & the wait is horrible. They need to hire more people to run this dept. there's only 2 people. read more

Not happy with copy center reps lack of knowledge on print setting. As I was in a rush for my product I had to accept the product as it turned out. Next prints I will have done elsewhere. read more
