She was polite and helpful to my questions regarding laser hair removal. I went for my consultation and met with Natalia who is the laser technician. After my consultation Natalia went over the pricing with me . I was in shock at the affordable prices and packages that Laser Hair Removal Studio offered. I purchased the full body package. The location is easy to find and parking is available so that was great for me. Laser Hair Removal Studio is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming . I went for my first laser hair removal appointment today, so I can't speak to the results yet. However, my experience at this location was lovely! This laser studio has made the most out of the space available to them and is very clean. When I arrived, the staff made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had regarding laser hair removal, offered me a cappuccino and chocolate, and were very nice to chat with while I waited for my appointment. The technician was extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She did a patch test to make sure I wouldn't have a negative reaction to the laser since I was new to their studio. Before starting she also explained exactly how she was going to use the machine and what it would feel like so I wouldn't be surprised. I've been going to this studio for laser hair removal for about 4-5 months now and have had a pleasant experience every time. My technician, Emma, always makes sure I am comfortable and is very thorough with the procedure. The prices are amazing compared to other places and they offer student discounts as well, which is something that I admire. Additionally, they use cryogen to cool down the skin throughout the procedure which is something not all places do. It really helps with any pain the laser might inflict. They recently reopened after having to be shut down due to the pandemic and I was totally impressed with the protocols they are now following. (Temperature taken, provided with a mask and gloves, and hand sanitation, one client in the establishment at all times, etc.) I felt completely safe. Hello! I've never actually written an online review before, but I've been so pleased with my experience here that I couldn't not! I've been getting my full face done. I've had five of six sessions so far (four with Gary, one with Natalia), and each one has gone great. Both of them are very quick, professional, and thorough. They're also very friendly so the office has nice atmosphere. The service was pretty inexpensive on the whole and, at least for me, way more effective than I'd dared to hope when I first came in. Unquestionably worth it. I feel so much better about my face now, and I'm really grateful to Gary, Natalia, and Laser Image Lab for that. Excellent results! I finished 6 full body treatments and I cannot believe how great the result was. I had a stress free summer, not once have I had to worry before going to a pool or beach. I took Natalia's and Gary's advice and started treatments so i would be done before summer. After the 6 treatments I just had to go back for a couple of touch ups. I liked the place very much initially, as Natalia and Gary have always been quite pleasant and helpful. However, the last two appointments I had, I was scheduled each time with a different new technician. The first of these was perfectly fine. The most recent one (who told me that she'd started in April) was rude, difficult, and did a perfunctory job on my legs. I simply did not feel comfortable with this person working on my bikini zone, after how unpleasant she had been at the reception. So, until it becomes possible to book with a specific person by name, I doubt I'll be going back for more. A pity! read more

I have visited Laser Studio five times. The office is very clean with many precautions taken for covid. Staff is always friendly and on time. I am not fully done with my treatments yet (armpits & bikini line & upper lip) but I am noticing a significant difference in hair reduction. After treatments, I personally don't notice much irritation, which is a bonus. I never got this type of personalized service and their are prices are fantastic! I was able to book an appointment online, I got an email and text confirmation a few times, it was very convenient. But still, because it was my first time there, they explained everything very clearly to me. They did some test shots and they used specific laser per each area with a different laser grade. About coffee machine. This is my weak point. They have Keurig coffee machine and about 10 choices of different coffee! I was pleased to see they have dark roast coffee as well. Gary and Natalia are super nice people and the place is kept very clean. I just finished 6 laser sessions for my neck and shoulders and could not be more satisfied with the results. As a guy I expected the visits to a laser hair removal place to be uncomfortable or awkward but did not experience that at all. The laser hurts a bit in some areas but that is expected.
