The facility is clean and well maintained. The laser tag was obviously the main attraction and it was a lot of fun. We did 30 minutes, which turned out to be 3 rounds. The mission we were on was called Sole Survivor. It was really cool to have objectives and I even won once - which totally shocked me. The vests fit a variety of sizes. This place was so much fun. It would really work for any group - kids, teens, and adults.

We booked a surf lesson at 2PM, but due to some timing issues had to move it to 3PM which the team was more than helpful in accommodating. It's hard to believe it can be as cold as the high 20s outside and you're inside catching waves on the FlowRider. The pool area is well heated and the water was warm. There are plenty of grandstands for people to sit and spectate. They have lockers to hold / secure your stuff while you catch waves. They have bathrooms for changing, and showers to clean up after (the only thing I wish they had was more areas in the bathrooms to hang or set your stuff down while you shower or change. Even a small foldaway table would have been helpful). Our lesson was essentially a 60 minute private since my wife and I were the only two in the session. Our instructor John was super friendly, helpful, and informative. He gave us a quick overview and had us riding waves within the first few runs, and if you wiped out (which is pretty painless and fun) he'd have some pointers for you for your next run. We each would do 3-4 runs and then trade off and as long as we had the energy John was at the ready to help catch waves. This was a total five star experience, and I can't wait to do it again! It looks like they also have GA type session where you pay the hourly fee and it's open to the public for everyone to use in turn. However, I'd highly recommend a lesson if it's your first time out. You can also rent either half or whole of the FlowRider by the hour should you have a private event or just want to hone your skills.

All in all this is a really cool place to spend your time.

The only negative to note about this place are the rules, rules, rules and more rules for everything you do, especially in a place that is supposed to be FUN. Before we left I had an experience with an attendant (training) with a god complex attitude who didn't like my son getting a small running jump into the foam pit. There were no other children using the foam pit and he had been doing it all day. I appreciate the idea of safety, but I was watching him. He's 10 years old and a gymnast, he's good. It wasn't written on the RULE board that he couldn't do so, so maybe you guys need to adjust to be fair to all or back off just a little bit and let the kids play.

Expect to wait 30+ minutes for your poorly reheated food, and not be able to hear the order number when it's called due to the volume of the sound system. When there are delays, the employees don't inform you of the wait time, apologize for the wait, or offer any solutions. Poor seating, everything is sticky, dirty, and stained. Just thoroughly unimpressed, especially for the price.
