Went in to look at a truck and get an estimate on my car and the salesman mentioned they were having a hard time removing my dipstick. 45 minutes go by and they finally have the estimate and once they saw I wasn't interested in their offer he mentions that I somehow have no dipstick now and insists they didn't break it even though he showed a picture of the ring in his hand and it was flush with the tube so there's would've been nothing holding it on if it came in like that. They've had my vehicle for roughly a month now, no actual update as to whats wrong with my car other then an alignment issue that was already fixed. They're "looking" at another issue supposedly but its literally almost been a month later and no update. I've NEVER had to wait this long for a repair with no real update as to whats wrong. Sales team was great, they were knowledgeable and friendly and worked their best to get me a good deal. The car I got even though they said it went through their inspection clearly obvious things were missed. The biggest one being that the checklist was supposed to check/replace the cabin filter, well after noticing a musty smell through the AC system I went to check on it and noticed the whole case filled with debris and the filter looked damaged as well as it was dark and discolored. If they truly followed the checklist it would have been obvious to see. Edit: turns out the FR case was full of pet food and also had dead rat remains in it sitting above the filter. They cleaned as much as they could of the case but less than a week later the smell is slowly returning. Also the blower fan now makes a strange noise and smells as if it burnt up the motor or something went wrong with and you can now hear debris getting blown around the scroll cases. Edit October 2024, The car is not having electrical shorts and coming up with multiple codes. It has died multiple times while at stop signs as well as while driving down the road it will completely shut off. The service team doesn't know what to do and wants me to pick up the unreliable/unsafe car that I am now stuck with unless i spend a lot more money to buy something else and take a loss on this car that was supposed to be low mileage in good condition. read more

Was rushed through the whole process, they left a snap on ratchet on my engine block wish I wish I never gave back...and some how it ended up missing a lug nut after they took it to "clean" it out jokingly asked if I'm just trying to get a free one. Truck didn't come with a key fob and it's been a nightmare trying to get one. And top it off my tires aren't even the right ones on it 2018 f150 5.0v8 265/65r18 how that got "ford certified " I'll never know. Service department is absolutely horrible and don't buy the extended warranty. They call it an aftermarket warranty after you purchase it. Call it bumper to bumper but won't cover most things between said bumpers. Service advisor was not particularly professional and basically told me to pack sand about issues that should have been covered. I had ANOTHER engine problem shortly after. So it was replaced AGAIN. That's TWO new engines within 6 months, and overall poor customer service. I had an issue within 12 hours on a $60k car that I bought from Lasco, I took it to the dealer and paid for the issue as the car was under warranty and the Service Department committed to reimburse me on a $1,200 repair. After going back and forth for 3 weeks Lasco told me that they would not be paying for it. I've never been so disgusted in a car dealership before and this is the 4th car I have bought from the Dealership. I tried to contact Matt Lasco on the issue but he didn't care enough to respond. More than that my salesman Scott Cooley was terrible, the GM Blake never even bothered to reach out and neither could have cared less about me as a customer the minute after I bought the car. Sales didn't advocate for me, nor did they offer much assistance on the issue. Sales blamed Service and then Service blamed Sales, and I was stuck in the middle. Bottom line is that the owner is MIA, the sales people and the service department are two different silos, and they lie to customers. If you transport children or rely on your car for work, please buy your next vehicle anywhere else, because with a Lasco Vehicle you too may need to walk 2 miles to work or miss your child's school event when you're vehicle sits roadside. It's almost like they think it's funny that I purchased a faulty, dangerous vehicle to transport my family. 3 weeks after Purchasing a used Ford Taurus, the transmission started acting up after I drove less than 300 miles since purchasing. I called my sales rep (who now works at different dealer) in early June, left messages with the service manager (who was on vacation) and never called back. I called 2 weeks later and was told "as is means as is" and they would not do anything. I purchased the car in 4/26/2022, issue started 3 weeks later and now, on October 1st must replace the transmission on this $8000 used car. I test drove the vehicle 2x, both times they started and let warm up each time. I'm assuming this is because the transmission issues only appeared after cold start. They were aware of issues, but did nothing, so I had to continue driving with intermittent transmission problems. Now, transmission left me stranded... and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me after leaving 3 more messages in past 2 weeks. 10/11/2022 edit: After posting this, Cameron from Lasco Ford service department left me a voicemail during my work hrs on 10/03/2022. I returned the call later that day and have left 3 voicemails since, with no call back. Today, I called the dealer number instead of Cameron's direct number. I just spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for Cameron to pick up the phone. I hung up and called back only to find out he has been on lunch this whole time I waited on hold. I'll update if I get a call back ... 10/13/22 - I now realize Lasco Ford replied to this review, only to look like they cared after negative, but truthful feedback. They are perfectly comfortable selling faulty vehicles. I can officially say Lasco Ford is the kind of dealer that gives car dealers a bad name. 10 days and 9 messages later I finally spoke with the service manager and was told to bring my car next monday for them to diagnose the transmission issues. DO NOT BUY A LIFTED TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We purchased an F250 Super Duty in 2019 from Lasko. When we bought the vehicle, it came with a lift kit that the dealership installed. After driving it for a while, we notice that every time we hit a bump the vehicle would jump to the left. We took it to Gorno Ford to be looked at and were told that there was an issue with the lift. But, since they didn't install it, they couldn't work on it. So, we took it back to Lasko for service. When we picked it up, we were told that they replaced a bushing and the problem was resolved. It was not. We have since had the vehicle in again, and they told us they replaced the same part. Why would they replace the same part, when that didn't fix the issue the first time? We decided to take it to a mechanic near by to have them look it over. That mechanic explained to us that when Lasko installed the lift, they kept the stock trailing arm, instead of using the proper trailing arm. This throws off the geometry of the front end, causing it to jump and rattle. This is now two mechanics that have told us that the problem is WITH THE LIFT. When we called Lasko to let them know they installed the lift incorrectly, we were told that is how they do all their lifts. We have now been getting the run around for a week about getting this fixed. Each time we are told that someone else will call us, and we don't hear from anyone. This is infuriating. When you spend $80,000 on a truck, you expect that it will operate correctly. And it probably would, had the dealership done the lift correctly in the first place. The customer service has been absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY A LIFTED TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! read more

I purchased a brand new Bronco Sport and the deal went well as we shared some costs to get to an acceptable out there for price...they even delivered it to Saginaw. Unfortunately, everything following was a disaster. Were received a temporary tag and waited for our official Michigan plate. As the temporary tag expired, I followed with Lasco a number of times. I was told they had the plate and never notified me if this fact. They told me they were a dealer that provides such tag service...but never told me that. First they promised me to send it right out but never received it. I followed Asia again and was told I don't know why it wasn't sent. They couldn't send it next day because it was too late so second day. It was delivered with no one home by UPS but now they needed a signature. As I went to the UPS office designated by them, it was not there. I had to make two trips to finally get the license. They seemed to not care once I made the purchase. As a side note, my original sales person, who was present during my sale and final negotiation, called me the next week to ask if I was still interested in buying a Bronco Sport. First the sales person was very short and rude about what I could and couldn't take off my old vehicle. things that were aftermarket that originally did not come on the vehicle. And then after I decided to let that go, he takes my vehicle into appraise it and I'm waiting there for a very long time then finally he comes back out and he has this piece of paper and he sits down. He turns it around and he proceeds to give me a fictional interest rate and payment so I asked him what lender gave you that kind of interest rate my credit isn't that bad. He said this is worst case scenario. then I told him to go get my truck because we were done. As he's walking away, he says to me good luck when your vehicle breaks down and right then and there I just got my stuff and left. He treated me very unprofessional like I was some secondhand citizen, I'm a 55-year-old man. Jay lasco is a crook, his service team is a bunch of liars. They said they cleaned my fuel tank on my truck and cleaned the fuel pickup. I took it to another mechanic and he told me the tank was never cleaned. Pickup screens were never cleaned either. He is refusing to refund my money. I can't believe this is the way a Ford dealer treats a member of their family, I'm 4th generation my great grandfather worked for ford, my grandfather worked for ford, and my dad worked for Ford. I asked for another key and they told me that I'd need to come back because the key needs to be programmed. I couldn't make it back due to medical treatments. Months later my grandson lost my key and Lasco is refusing to provide me with the second key.
