I didn't realize they have nine locations, including one in Birmingham, AL., one in TN, and one in GA. Our trivia group used to meet at this Las Trojas (on this side of town) to play trivia once a week. Service was always standard. The noise level was high due to the trivia but that's to be expected. I usually get the "Speedy Gonzales," the basic Tex Mex plate. Or a basic crunchy beef taco with a side of guacamole. I like their chips and their salsa is decent. Eventually, our group moved a few doors down in the same strip mall to Bishops North to play Brain Blast Trivia there.
