Poor customer service here. I got tired of waiting to be acknowledged so I used the kiosk. Another customer came in and waited also, when he asked if he could place an order, the cashier/employee who wasn't that busy told him to place his order on the kiosk. What if this customer only had cash in his pocket and no plastic? Needless to say he walked out and drove off. I'm only visiting, but more than likely, I will not be returning to this establishment where there are at least 3 other fast food chains nearby. I guess cash is no longer king. read more

This place is terrible. Food is miserable and employees do not care. They literally just throw the food in the bag.

I ordered 3 tacos, no cheese. I got 3 tacos with nothing on them except beef and cheese! No sauce and no napkins.. and no receipt. 3 people at the drive up window doing nothing! You should just close if you can't find competent people. With these mistakes makes you wonder how the food is prepared. Will not be back! read more

So We have visited this new location a few times and it's been slightly above par with other locations...... until we decided to try the breakfast for our first time. We tried two different versions of a burrito. One had a hash brown in it, and one came with a hash brown on the side. Attached is a pic of my hash brown. The entire thing literally shattered into a hundred pieces as I bit into it. It was hilarious! My wife laughed so hard she cried, right up until she bit into her burrito and found the same kind of hash brown inside of hers. You can imagine my reaction. Overall this was a horrible experience as far as breakfast food goes. We will visit again for lunch, but Taco Bell for breakfast has been banned. read more

This was a really good location when they first opened, but they have very quickly gone downhill. I have had to wait at LEAST 15 minutes for every order I've placed here. Very slow service and seems incredibly disorganized. read more

I was told I couldn't change my order because they already made 12 tacos before I even left the speaker and refuse me to change my order. so I drove off because I changed my mind of what I wanted. If I could give these establishment no stars, I would. Taco Bell used to be my absolute favorite fast food restaurant but not anymore. My husband and I went to Taco Bell and ordered through the app. We went through the drive thru to pick up our order as instructed by the employee. When we pulled up the the window they asked for us to pay. I told them that we paid through the app. I showed them that the app accepted my payment and that it pulled from my bank. The manager said on his side it shows unpaid and we would need to pay for the food if we wanted it although it says we paid. He then asked us to pull around the the front to see if his system refreshed to show it was paid. We were already in line for 45 min at this point. We pull around and 20 minutes later, he sends an employee to tell us that the GM said we could pay for it or we wouldn't receive it all though the app said paid and it had taken it out of our account. The manager finally came out and printed us a receipt canceling the order and told us we would have call our bank and corporate to get the money back. We called first thing on Monday (since this happened on a Friday night) and our bank of course told us it had pulled from our account and we had to contact corporate. We called the number that was provided but it was the wrong number, we had to drive back up to Taco Bell and get the correct number. We sent several emails to them as well and were told 3 times by them they would pay us back our $27.71. They never did. We also asked for a supervisor every time but told we couldn't speak to one and they would call us when they money was sent back to us but they never did. This has been going on since October and we still haven't received payment. Taco Bell basically stole our money and refuses to return it. read more

We were so excited to have a Taco Bell open up near us. We've come maybe 5 times here because our children love to get their freezes. The last 2 times we have waited over 20 minutes for food. Nobody is ordering food at the counter, you have to use the kiosks and they are down to 1 in the lobby. We've tried the drive thru and it's the same thing. The Taco Bell on Highway 53 is awful. The Mexican pizza tasted rancid and left a nasty taste and residue. The establishment is a disgrace to the Taco Bell's normal reputation of freshness. read more
