Another recommendation from our tour guides.
This was a little "tapas bar" on a quiet street that focused on seafood. When you first walk in, you encounter a bar that you can enjoy a beer and a few tapas. In the back there are enough
tables that seat approximately 32-36.
When we arrived (at 9pm - it's customary to have dinner this late in Spain) Las Martirio was going to have live music, so they were setting up.
We ordered a few plates. From Pincho de Gambas (shrimp on a skewer), Salmon sliders, Boquerones (fried little fish), Chipirones (baby squid) and Navajas (razor clams). Las Martirio serves up a variety of fresh seafood. Food was good but the live music that night was the star of the evening. The Flamenco singer and guitar player were amazing. They were Ainhoa and Andreu. Couldn't find any information on social media about them. But after intermission, that place was standing room only. So if you find yourself in Ronda, do check out this tapas bar for live music and the best seafood in town. read more
