This place is a hole in the wall. Not very big but the rotation of people coming in and out all day long is timely and there is always a table to sit and eat at. I've tried about half of the menu and everything is truly delicious! I ate here 2 times this week and it never disappoints! The woman that works the register is so friendly, upbeat and helpful. She makes the overall experience very enjoyable. First of all, I am giving this place two stars because the service was excellent. This place is a small little place, you order at the register and they bring the food to your table. I have never judged a place poorly for its humility, and I'm always willing to try something new. With this adventurous spirit, I came to this place. You are warmly greeted, they serve you a small bowl of chips and a little serving of beans and cheese instead of salsa. The may have a side bar with different salsas for self serve. I was excited, but the beans were bland. Definitely missing some salt and flavor. The host realized we had never been there and brought us a sampler of all their salsas. I personally enjoyed all three. They were tasty and well seasoned and not super spicy. When I got my food, I was so impressed. The presentation was beautiful! Sadly, everything was under seasoned and the experience was definitely underwhelming. I ordered the chilaquiles rojos, with a side of scrambled eggs. I was pleasantly surprised that the order came with rice and beans also! I only wish it tasted as good as it looked. I made myself eat some because I was hungry, but I wish I had walked out hungry. Bad Service. The guy messed up the order I called to ask if he can re do it since he messed the order up and if he can give me a discount since there pricing is a little high and he said no. I got a breakfast burrito de chorizo and it was delicious. The tots were crispy and the chorizo was not dripping everywhere. Their salsas were really flavorful and the right amount of spice. One of my vendors bought me a breakfast burrito with bacon from here and it was REALLY good. I've seen the bad reviews (2018-2021) and they must have stepped it up because this place is great. I ordered their carne asada this time. Good size, not greasy, good ratio of meat, rice, and beans. Good homemade roasted salsa. Prices are fair in 2023 but I would pay cash if you can because they charge a fee to use cards, probably to keep up with the credit card companies that charge them fees, which I understand (maybe switch CC processing company? ) Definitely give this place a try. read more

Looking for a quick Mexican food spot this is a good one. They have several choices of meats and good plate combinations. They serve salsa and chips in a unique way they have 3 salsas in bottles and they have escabeche. I tired this place for the first time on Monday. There were several issues that affected my overall enjoyment. The digital menu changes on the screen fast and made it difficult to order, and the broken air conditioning leading to a hot environment is certainly uncomfortable for both customers and more so the employees working there all day. The wet burrito I ordered was only okay, with the meat lacking seasoning but being overly salty. However, I'm glad that the rice inside was good. It seems like there are areas where the restaurant can improve to provide a better dining experience. I will not be returning. read more
