Just happened to drive by when I saw this place and decided to stop by. We ordered the elote and the Fruit Cocktail with all the fixings and both were delicious. The corn was sweet and plenty of cheese to make it creamy and so good. They had an extensive menu filled with drinks, smoothies, fruits, ice cream, and all the expected items. It would be difficult not to find something to like with so many options The lady helping was very friendly and efficient. It's located at a busy intersection which did make it a little bit difficult to get to, but they did have parking which was needed and welcomed. I would come back again if I was in the area. read more

It's so sad rite aid closed. Thirfty has the best rocky road! And prices were reasonable. Today I paid $ 7.50 for two scoops. I didn't know what price to expect but this place is definitely overpriced and overrated. read more

Everything about my first visit to this ice cream shop was perfect! Located at a very busy intersection, it was easy entry into the parking lot and parking was a breeze. The exterior of this shop was clean and had large signage and flags so you can't miss it. The interior was roomy, clean and well organized. The variety of items offered and the numerous flavors and sizes of all of their juices and ice cream including ingredients were clearly posted on the menu boards hanging on the walls behind the counter. The lone female employee who assisted my family and I with our order was friendly and polite. The items we purchased were well made, delicious and refreshing. Perfect for a hot day. This was a positive experience read more

The ice cream is wonderful. The nondairy ice is very good. My wife liked the strawberry. My granddaughter loves some green drink with strawberries and Dubai chocolate. The prices are high. About $6 for a scoop of ice cream. To me I will go other places. My granddaughters drink is only available her. My problem was the older man did not understand what my granddaughter wanted. Made the wrong thing. Then gave us an attitude. Then had his daughter help us. She made it perfect. They will lose one star for his attitude. But, I will be back there. read more

If you are craving a fresa con crema, do not come to this location! I usually go to the one on Telegraph but wanted to try this location because it's closer and for some reason this crema tastes WAYYYY different!!their crema was very very thick! It was like drinking pancake batter! For some reason I didn't think that they would be so different but it was not it! No music playing so it was supperrr uncomfy sitting there since we were the only ones in the lobby.

Worst customer service!!! twice now I have had to leave because La senora the older lady takes is slow as hell and then is always talking with someone without say hello or welcome no acknowledgement that your even standing there. I waited 6 min today only 1 customer in there and they were talking about restaurants to eat at and she too her sweet time so I left! No wonder it's empty the service is horrible. read more

This place is becoming a staple in my list of favorites. Dubai chocolate strawberry cup is amazing, I get this almost every time. When I'm craving fresh fruits I get the pepino loco and add some hot Cheetos...mmmmm!!! My husband gets the Cheetos with nachos. We also love the ice cream, our favorites are the chocolate abuelita, the Ferrero rocher, the gansito, and the mamey. The sweet señora at the counter feels like an extended family member read more

Always the best service, super clean location and amazing tastes. 2 crepas and a paleta. My family love the crepas and I love their paletas. Don't miss out on amazing tortas champurrado and tamales! Call them directly if you have any questions but they make just about anything you can find at a biónicos spot. Haters can't keep hating this spot is a gem, well needed in our community. read more

Finally got to stop by 2 weeks ago after seeing it open for a while. Vast amounts of flavors to choose from for popsicles (de leche - milk based or de agua - water based) and ice creams as well as bunch of other stuff I wasn't sure of lol. Figured ice cream is ice cream, so might as well go for the authentic popsicles. Ended up with 5 flavors de leche and 1 passion fruit de agua. Wife got the 2 coffee flavors, think she preferred the regular coffee vs. cappuccino. Kid loved his cookies and cream one. Few days later he enjoyed the passionfruit and I got a bite out of it and it was very refreshing and full flavored. I got some arroz con leche and horchata. Horchata was ok. I thoroughly enjoyed the Arroz Con Leche! The textures of rice in every bite and the simple tasty flavor, it was my favorite! Kinda like tiny harder chewier frozen boba, lol. Suggested wife try a bite but she doesn't like cinnamon so she missed out on the amazing texture of the Arroz Con Leche. These are solid dense popsicles and 1 is enough to satisfy as a dessert. Each popsicle was $3. P.S. I did get some gas discomfort the 2 days I ate the de leche ones, so be aware if lactose intolerant, these definitely have plenty of milk:) read more

Nice and clean restaurant.Good parking and the service is pretty good. The lady that helped us was really nice and helpful.

Great spot, I ordered the tostilocos and a bunch of their paletas. I will do be coming back to try more of their stuff. The staff was amazing super friendly and kind and also gave us recommendations on what to try and offered samples. I wish I had taken a picture of the tostilocos but they were so good I finished them on my way home. Great spot super clean too definitely a 10! read more

More expensive than other La Michoacan ice cream shops. I probably would not mind if I had not been to other shops of the same name. As it is, the chances of me returning are not good. Although the ice cream tasted just as well, there is no reason to pay more here. I'll stick to my hometown La Michoacan ice cream shops for now. read more

This was their mini pancakes. I had originally asked for a full order with banana, nutella, and lechera. I basically got a side of pancakes with my bananas. And the pancakes were thinner than the bananas themselves! Can't say that I would be coming back... One star because getting my refund was quick ! But omggggg this Michoacana DOES NOT compare to the other locations I've visited. One understands due to COVID you might be limited on choices, but at least communicate it to the client before FORCING what you DO have on us. Minus one star because there was literally NO ONE there and I still waited to be acknowledged a good 2-3 minutes while the girls were standing there looking at me ? Awkward much? Lol anyway, Minus one star because cashier had no idea what they sell there, and couldn't answer simple questions. Minus one star for giving me the wrong drink, purposely. And MINUS ALL STARS for giving me a bad agua de fresa. This could easily be a lawsuit because that thing was rotten! But this review will do. Please DO BETTER! Ya giving this chain a bad name ! read more

Fui a comprar una deliciosa crepa muy bien servico atención 10 limpieza 10 cordialidad 10 recomiendo este lugar ampliamente.

GROSS! As I was finishing my overpriced one scoop of pistachio ice cream I thought I was biting on a pistachio when I looked and it appears to be a tooth, probably an animal tooth. Let's get down to taste. My pistachio ice cream was fine enough, although I like more pistachios, but it's passable.) I don't know if the selections are normal but they only had three chocolates and they seemed the same. I did notice plenty of space for more, so maybe it was an off day. The other negative is parking. It's on the corner of Valley View and Imperial, so no street parking. There are some spaces in the back of the store. The store is clean with clearly identified markings for social distancing and the clerks were all wearing masks. One last thing I just noticed, I was charged $10 something and single scoops are $3.25 so not sure how they came up with that total. But, that's on me if I was paying attention to ask. Still, not a very good first impression. read more

My family and I have been waiting for this place to open! Since their soft opening, we have been back several times and have tried many of their items and flavors. The business is so easy to find and in a great location, right on the corner of Imperial and Valley View. First off, I would like to point out that even after opening during a pandemic I felt safe and felt they have implemented many safety measures. They controlled the amount of people in the shop, the employees wear masks and gloves at all times and they make sure customers are wearing masks too. They were constantly cleaning all surfaces and also had hand sanitizer available for guests. I'm sure it has not been easy with all of these new rules and regulations in place, but they made everything run seamlessly. Next, the service is amazing. They greet everyone that walks in the door. Even though they are busy, they make sure to acknowledge each and every guest with a welcome. Lastly, the items we tried we all amazing. We tried the following paleta flavors: arroz con leche, pistachio, Oreo, sandia (watermelon), lime, chocolate, and melon. The fruity paletas have nice pieces of fruit throughout and are so refreshing during these summer days. The milky paletas are also amazing. The arroz con leche and pistachio are our household favorites. We also tried their agua frescas in the fruititas flavor....soooo delicious!! Very flavorful and filled with different varieties of fruits. The esquites (corn) is also a must try! All in all this is going to be our new favorite place to visit for goodies in our hometown. So happy to see a new small business in our city. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience! read more

Today I visited La Michocana and I was so excited to hear about this location opening up. I know every Michocana is different, but the service at this place blew away my expectations. When I arrived, there were three people ahead of me but the girls were so hard-working the line went by super fast. When I approached the counter I came face to face with a beautiful girl named Judy. She gave me a huge smile and asked me how she could help. To be honest, I was so caught off guard by her bubbly personality I forgot what I was going to order. She recommended an oreo milk shake and it tasted amazing. Their milkshakes are a work of art and I will definitely be coming back. #lifelongcustomer read more

Not sure why this place has such low scores. I come here often mostly for their aguas frescas and think they are possibly the best in this area. This place is way too overpriced and the items offered are subpar and don't taste as good as other locations. It costs over $7 for two small scoops of ice cream, and one popsicle costs $3.50. They also ridiculously charge $1 for just paying with a card! Their cakes are average at best, most are bland. Unsurprisingly, the place is empty with at most one customer on average. I would steer clear of this particular location and look elsewhere. read more

Love this place. Great servic and one of the best Ice cream in town! The Oreo ice cream is the best.

Amazed by the lack of urgency by the worker. I was the only one in there and she was just taking her sweet time. But what makes me give the 1 star is my room temperature juice I paid 10$ for . And having to spend 9$ on the nastiest old, dry tamales. In my opinion this location has no business being open. Absolutely terrible read more

I'll keep this sweet and short. I went there on a Friday night around 8:30 (6/23/2023) with no customers inside. The ice cream and paletas are good, but NOT worth the price! This place is terribly expensive. I paid just over $19 for a paleta and two medium ice cream cups. I believe each medium cup includes two scoops. Also, the $1 extra charge for use of credit card is extortion! Bottom line, I'm not going back! If you want, IMO, better ice cream and better prices, go to the Michoacana at the Whittier Quad on Painter and Whittier...and they have more products! I rate the imperial/valley view location less than one star out of five. read more

I would recommend only getting the paletas. That's all we get and the flavors are pretty delicious. Love the strawberry milk it has a bit of tart with good amount of milk flavor too. Overall pretty good and if you buy 9 you get the 10th free read more

Just went to the store and I'm so disappointed in the service. After paying way too much for our items, we mentioned that one of the drinks needed more flavoring because it was bland and tasted like water. WILL NOT GO BACK. read more

Extremely terrible service and disgusting cleanliness!!!!!dont go to this location guys its new and the staff looks like they have no experience. It took 5 ladies 30 mins to finish my order of 4 icecream cups and 1 strawberries with cream. one of the girls was cleaning random surfaces instead of helping charge and the lady handling our food grabbed cash without changing her gloves.
