The size is on the smaller side or almost average. Carne to masa ratio is good. Masa taste is great. The meat and sauce is umami and deep but still your average flavors for red pork tamales.

Las Changas is an amazing hole-in-the-wall restaurant that everyone should try. Their authentic Mexican food is incredibly savory and delicious. We ordered the birria revolcada, the pamba changa, and the menudo, and every dish had its own unique and unforgettable flavor. The café de olla was absolutely amazing, with a rich cinnamon flavor that brought me right back to my abuela's kitchen in Mexico. This is a small mom and son restaurant. They have been getting a lot of attention so a lot of people have been going to there spot. I went to go eat and even thought they do take a while the food is worth it. I can tell it's made with quality and patience. They definitely go the extra mile when it comes to the quality of their food. Although a lot of people do go I can tell they get criticized because of how long they take but then again they are a still a small business trying to go.
