To top it all off, there is now a lady employee who appears to be the coin police. As soon as I walked into the laundry towards the coin changing machines (which she stands next to to guard) I was asked where my clothes was. It's in my trunk, like every other human who comes to wash. She then proceeded to aggressively state that I could not change my bills until my clothes was INSIDE the laundry. This is mind blowing to me. After ten years of washing clothes at this location I come to be harassed about coins. There are many other great coin laundry locations nearby with way better customer service and way better maintained machines. This was definitely the last time I will visit this location.

I came here once before and there was absolutely no one here to help. Something that could have taken just 45 minutes to an hour turned into almost two hours. The dryer didn't have a coin slot so I had figure it out on my own. Not rocket science but there weren't any obvious signs so I had to walk around and play find the directions until I found a small one. Tried to go again today and the woman locked the door in my face right before I walked in. I arrived 45 minutes before closing time. There was plenty of customers inside. I don't even care that they closed earlier than stated. I get it. I'd want to go home too. But the way she did it was so rude. There are plenty of other laundry facilities in the area. No need to go here.

I loaded up 6 bags of laundry and took care of everything. Washed my wife's and my clothes, bed sheets and all of my daughters(2) clothes as well. Once I got home, in the bag where I put my two daughters blankets and sheets, my wife noticed that my 4 year olds mermaid blanket was missing. I said, well that's strange because I emptied all the machines myself. We searched the entire place 3 times. Needless to say my wife was extremely disappointed because she knew our daughter was gonna be so sad about it. We just wrote it off as a loss. This now brings me back to tonight, 3 week later. Here i am wahing tonight and I ask the lady at the front desk if anyone found a mermaid blanket in the machine. Her English wasn't so good and my Spanish wasn't working so we both used our phones to translate. She said she hadn't seen but she would ask the other lady's who work there via their work chat if they had. I said thank you. About 30 minutes goes by and I'm sitting down checking my email, when the lady here says to me, I think we have it. I said, really? She checks in a closet but nothing. Then she walks back around her counter and checks a basket and low and behold she pulls up not only my daughters mermaid blanket but another blanket which belonged to my 7month old. Both blankets folded and clean. The joy in her eyes and in my heart were equally matched. There are still good people left in this world. I'm forever grateful. A huge shout out to Cristina Sonia, Maria you Judith. Muchas gracias senoritas!

Si vienes a lavar un edredón o duvet, prepárate para perder el tiempo. I don't really come here to do laundry. I am a one percenter [1 %] because I have a washer and dryer in my house. Thank you very much. But I come here because they have a soda machine with 70 cent cold ass sodas, and they are open 24 hours. I don't keep soda in my house, because it'll be gone almost immediately. Instead I tell myself "If your fat ass wants a soda that bad, you're gonna have to go get it elsewhere". So I drive my car two blocks. If you really want to know about the coin laundry, well, everything has been used and abused. Paint is chipped off the equipment, they have a detergent machine that's tipping over, there is ample parking lot, wi-fi, tables to fold your clothes, and a TV perpetually tuned to Univision.
