I continue to be so impressed with Arrowhead. While cleaning out my closet, I found two items that…read moreI could not remember how long ago I had stained them, or what they were stained with. One was a vintage canvas jacket with high sentimental value and brown stains all over the front pockets, and the other an expensive linen blazer. Arrowhead flagged the stains and they were clean and ready four days later, as good as new. This was probably my third or fourth time using them, and I have received consistent service every time.

I honestly thought I already reviewed this place. As far as I know this is the only alteration…read morebusiness not tied to a dry cleaning establishment; not that it makes much difference. I will make this short and sweet. She has done a great job with the various repairs I have brought in. She fixed a couple of ties, a torn inside pocket of a suit coat, replaced a zipper in a jacket; well you get the idea, I use her a lot. The prices are very fair and the only two issues I have ever had is that she is so busy it can take up to 10 days to get something repaired or altered (I bet I may be able to sweet talk her if I needed to...), and she only takes cash or checks. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Oh, and she also likes to be paid in advance. These only seem like odd requirements if you are under 35. It was the way of the world at one time.

It is great fun and we even noticed Jeff parked along the river at one point near the riverboat boat ramp checking on us and making sure we were ok. Very nice. Thanks, guys!!
