I was first told they could not deliver my product via air because it was hazardous. (Could have said that before ordering?) I responded back to send it ground. Over a week later I called and a woman named Natalie told me the item was being shipped direct from the manufacturer but she didn't have the right tracking number in front of her. (Nor did I, and reputable companies send out a tracking number to every customer when it is shipped.) She called me back a half hour later and told me UPS sent my package to NY instead. She tried to assure me they had the right address but UPS messed it up and are looking for it. (Sure, Right) She took no responsibility nor did she sound like she gave a toot!! I then asked her to send me the tracking number so I could follow up myself with UPS. A little later she said that she would not provide me with the number (WHAT? the number I should have been provided with to begin with??!?) and that they were handling it and in the same email said that they were crediting my account and I should order somewhere else!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! See email below from Natalie in customer service "I am told that we have to deal directly with UPS because this was shipped from us. UPS will only give us the information and will not be able to give you any additional information We are going to credit your card for your total amount and you can order this test kit elsewhere. If UPS can track down your package we have asked them to forward it to you and you will then get it for free." WOW! I won't hold my breath about the item being sent to me for free. LOL My guess is there never was a tracking number and they totally messed up and tried to pin the blame on UPS. Totally unprofessional and gutless if you ask me. We booked two kayaks using their…read moreonline booking system, I immediately received a call confirming my appointment and asked if I needed a shuttle for the kayaks, and which route I was taking on the river. I'm so glad they called cause I had no idea how far the marina was from the launch point, the shuttle is worth extra charge, since you wouldn't have a way getting back to your car if you had to do the drop off. The day was windy, but super easy to kayak, even for beginners like us. Embarrassingly we missed the marina and went too far, we tried kayaking back but the wind was so strong, we couldn't! We were worried, but decided to call Andre who works for the company, and asked if he could pick us up, he kindly said he would and did not seemed bothered at all!
