One was a vintage canvas jacket with high sentimental value and brown stains all over the front pockets, and the other an expensive linen blazer. Arrowhead flagged the stains and they were clean and ready four days later, as good as new. This was probably my third or fourth time using them, and I have received consistent service every time.

Rebecca worked magic on my wedding dress! I had bought a flowy dress on Etsy, but it ended up not…read morebeing what I really wanted. I was unable to return it, so I looked at doing some alterations. I showed Rebecca what I had, and pictures of other dresses that had elements of what i wanted, and she was able to make it happen. I had a last minute, tight timeline and she graciously was able to fit me into her schedule. She was quick, but thorough, asking me a lot of questions to help me really suss out what I was hoping to achieve, both during the initial fitting and again when I went in to try it on. The original dress was listed and marketed for maternity photoshoots, so it was VERY transparent, with a very loose top and skirt, and an elastic waistband. I loved the flowy look, loved the sequin fabric, and I love an elastic waistband - but it did not give me the look or feel I wanted on my wedding day. Plus, I did NOT want a completely see-through dress haha. I asked for a tighter fitting top and sleeves, but to keep the back open and the off-the-shoulder look if possible. I also asked for the front of the top to be lined, and the skirt as well. When it came to choosing the color of the lining fabric, I didn't feel very strongly about it except I didn't want white and I just wanted it to look nice in the end; she found a great wine-colored chiffon, and while it looked beautiful in her shop, I could never have anticipated how PERFECT it ended up being while we were taking photos. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and I have received so many compliments on just the dress alone! Can't recommend Modify Alterations & Boutique enough! Thank you Rebecca!!

However, for business guy I struggle for a place that can clean and box my stuff. Don't waste your money on Arrowhead cleaners. I owe them a disappointing review which I will table for now. Turitto's is the only dry cleaner I will use from here on out. They haven't lost or damaged anything over the last year. And, they've helped me do some quick alterations in a time crunch before my next business meeting. My only critique, and this seems to be a trend among the other cleaner I've used, is you drop your stuff off, but they don't give you a ticket. Odd for sure and not what I'm used to when living in other states. Frankly, it took me awhile to relax about it. They get the job done and on-time regardless.

It had run stains on the cuffs and the end of the jacket where the maroon met the yellow, and I knew those weren't going to come out, but that was okay. I came to pick it up at the North location and one of the cuffs was missing, the other barely still attached. The sides were split open. The only part still intact was the lining. I probably would have had a better result putting it through my own washer and dryer. There was no note as to why the damages occurred. They still wanted me to pay for it, and luckily my card didn't process or I would have paid for 3/4 of the coat that I brought in. My coat is still there and I now wait to hear an answer. I do not recommend.

They "recleaned" it or so they told me, but it still looks dirty and still smells. All for $30. What a waste of money. :( I don't plan to use this dry cleaners for any other items either.

She stayed in close contact as I let her know that we needed a store for our members up and running as soon as possible. The same day I walked into her store and picked out the apparel/items that we wanted to add to our own store, she contacted me that very night with a timeline of how things would pan out. She was able to mock up proofs within a couple days of us sharing what we wanted and she stayed true to her timeline.
