Pretty big laundromat. price ranges from $3.75 - $9 wash loads are pretty big. Has cold-hot option extra rinse/heavy soil No oil rig clothes. Pleny of room for everyone. Dryer to start $2 not sure if you can put couple quarters and start it. Overall have vending machine drink/snacks and can also pay with apple pay. read more

It's kinda hard to rave about a laundromat, but this one definitively deserves a 5* rating. It is CLEAN, HUGE, all the machines work! Many options to chose from regarding washer sizes to suit your loads. Some of the larger washers and all of the dryers take credit cards or cash. Regular front load washer takes quarters and fit 2 weeks of clothing (hubby's and mine). $2.50 for 30 min dry time. Owner was onsite and proactively offered help - super nice. All in all, a 5* laundry day done in under 90 minutes. read more

Out of town, so seeing how clean this place was, was a joy. When on vacation, we usually have a W/D available, so having to venture out to a laundromat, I didn't know what to expect. If you live in Bismark, or are visiting and need to clean your clothes, this is the place. read more

The only draw back here is there is no place to park an RV. However, it is always great to find a nice clean laundry when on the road with 3 weeks worth of clothes to wash. Really appreciate some machines take credit cards so you don't have to make a trip to a bank to beg for quarters. read more

Tried this while visiting Bismarck based on another yelp review. This is a large laundromat, clean, well maintained and fast. Each washer load was $3.75 for about a 30 minute cycle. Dryers were $2.00 for about 30 minutes. read more

Surely the best laundry mat I have ever visited. We were travelling from TN and goggle this location. Extremely clean and all the machines looked new (Electrolux and Maytag). The restrooms were also clean and neat. They have change machines and worked flawlessly. Nice florecent lighting. Floor was covered with soft rubber tiles which were installed wall to wall. They have a flat screen TV. They have a vending machine for snacks and drinks. They even have a ATM machines and surveillance cameras. Be aware that the washing machines are $3.50 for 20 lbs. capacity and $6.00 for 40 lbs capacity and $8.00 for 60 lbs. capacity. Dryers are $2.00 for small and $4.00 for large dryers. Usually not a fan of laundromat's, most people think dirty, run down and dated. This was totally not the case with this laundromat. The washers were very clean and well maintained. It's also open 24 hours a day. It's very clean, multiple sizes of washers and dryers. They do have a area where you can purchase soap and fabric softener. Two change machines, two soda machines and a vending machine for snacks. Plenty of areas to sit and relax while you wait. They do have a tv and free wifi. I did have a issue with one of the washers it would fill with water but not spin, I called the number listed on the wall and the guy was there right away, I was very impressed. I moved my stuff over in the next machine and he slid his override card so it was free, even asked if I needed more soap. He took the time to make small take with people while he was there, also a good sign. I have a few heavy quilts that take a way to long to dry in my dryer. The machines here spin at a high speed so the clothes come out just damp to the touch. I dried it under 30 minutes. Will definitely come back when I need to wash them again. read more

My experience over the past few years at this establishment has been mixed. Yes, it is a beautiful and clean, however the environment is harshly controlled by the attendant. Warning: DO NOT ENTER with out clothes in hand. You will be questioned why you are there and where your clothes are, especially if they appear undesirable to her. She never spoke to me this way, except when I mistakenly took my lunch with me once, Rather than informing me of the policy with politeness I was told " You can't eat that in here. People complain about the smell. Because of people like YOU we had to put a stop to it." I simply ate in my vehicle, but feeling salty for the way I was spoken to. I have witnessed her behavior on many occasions. Yesterday was the last straw as I stood listening to her once again berate a woman (accompanied by 3 men) who went to the bathroom first. They assured her they had laundry to do. A moment later a man came in with an arm load of clothes, the amount of 2 loads max. The attendant told them they had to use the 80lb machine if they had any more. That is an $11.00 machine, the most expensive there for the largest of loads. They were so intimidated they did as she said. They only needed a 40lb machine or less for $7.00 or less. When the woman came out she tried to explain to the attendant she "has done her laundry here because of her aunt's referral, she is not like the others around here." The attendant responded by saying " Yeah well I've had three of YOU in here today saying that." This is the moment I could no longer stand silent and listen to here speak to people the way she has. I interjected myself and told the woman "she is rude to people all the time." The attendant waived her hand at me and stated "Oh, she complains all the time." This is the moment that enraged me and I informed her "We have never spoken, I have never complained." The attendant responded "then why are you saying something?" me... "Because you are rude to people all the time." The party doing laundry thanked me for speaking up, I told them they did not need a machine that large and I would finally call the owner and complain. I was unable to do that because when I returned to take my wash out of washer I was met by the owner with hostility and instantly accused me of being abusive to his mother. He had video and witnesses he said, he continued to berate me until I told him I would call the police if he didn't stop. This is the response you get if you try to stand up for people?? Does not matter that she lied or is biased and rude. So BEWARE, you will be run off if you don't fit her mold. I waited for my washer to finish, I loaded my wet clothes and I will never put another dime into this establishment. I encourage you to speak up if you have witnessed it too. People are people, they should not be treated disrespectfully by a business!! This behavior is disgusting. read more

Today could of been horrible but the manager ( with the ugly niners hat lol) helped me greatly i brought the cushions from my couch to wash and they came apart half way through wash he stopped the washer put them back together for me :) and was very polite through and through. What a great employee i think ive found my new spot for washing needs. Ps please purchase that man a better hat lol. read more

Expensive, but by far the nicest laundromat I've ever been in. It's very clean with plenty of machines and carts. And I felt comfortable here as an attractive, young lady traveling by herself, so the price is worth it. Plan to spend a minimum of $5.50 per load - $3.50 to wash, $2 to dry. This was the cleanest, best kept laundromat I have ever encountered. Seriously!! Safe and super clean. The staff was very, very helpful. The fact that you can use credit/debit when you are from out of town was especially wonderful. No carrying around change that you will never use anywhere else just because you don't know how much you will need was great. Laundry supplies., plugs near the little cafe type tables for my computer while I wait. The machines were fast and did a very good job. Plenty of machines and baskets. I travel far and wide for work. This BY FAR is the nicest, cleanest, best maintained laundromat that I've ever set foot in. Looks new. Machines spic n span and state of the art. Friendly voice when I called. Someone was tidying up as needed while I was there. The patrons seemed decent and respectful of others. Better yet, it's open 24 hrs. The Laundromat was clean. The attendant on duty was very rude. I accidently put a few bedcovers in a washer that had a label saying no rugs or bedcovers. My wash cycle was a few minutes from being complete when she came over and started berating me. I apologized, said I did not see the warning sticker (next to the identical washer with no sticker). She did not accept my apology, instead starting off with "you people" loud enough for the whole clientele to hear then accused me of purposely trying to damage the equipment and went on and on. So much for an innocent mistake. I will never go there again. Better places in town. Gets 1 star for being clean. read more

My family and I are in town from Texas and after having a horrible experience at soap and suds we came here and had a much better experience!! There's a lot of washers and dryers to choose from depending on how much laundry you need to do. It's a little pricy but for a clean nice place where the people are actually there keeping it maintained and clean it's well worth it. There are 7 of us and I was able to do about a weeks worth of laundry in 2 washers and 2 dryers, they have big ones!! read more
