She tried to justify why she altered the dress the way she did rather than taking blame or calling me to explain why she thought she needed to make these alterations before doing so. This resulted in the dress being ruined and left me having to get a new one altered. She still charged me for the alterations and then proceeded to say I was being overly dramatic and was by far the worst customer service I have had. I like to be able to give back to small businesses like this in the community but this experience has ruined it for me.

I had a hard time finding any shop around Bismarck/Mandan that is willing to do any convertible soft top work. He was able to get it done super fast and at a really reasonable price. What an amazing business! What a talented owner! My motorcycle was leaking oil and smoking from the…read moreengine area. I had no idea what the problem was and couldn't find the source of the leak. Over the next several hours, Travis found the leak and repaired a gasket which was not seated properly. He then reinstalled the plastic fairing and other body pieces. That was no easy task. He test drove it and called me the following day to tell me it was ready. He then picked me up at the motel and drove me to the shop. The Honda motorcycle dealer said it would be a week before they could even look at the machine. I am on a long motorcycle trip and didn't want to wait that long. I never expected that Travis could fix it overnight. Travis has many talents. He started welding at age five with his dad. He loves cars, trucks, and motorcycles. His talent, professionalism, and kindness would be hard to match. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

There aren't a lot of dry cleaners in Bismarck. I think I counted two names? No, seriously. It…read moremakes sense that there isn't much of a need here. However, for business guy I struggle for a place that can clean and box my stuff. Don't waste your money on Arrowhead cleaners. I owe them a disappointing review which I will table for now. Turitto's is the only dry cleaner I will use from here on out. They haven't lost or damaged anything over the last year. And, they've helped me do some quick alterations in a time crunch before my next business meeting. My only critique, and this seems to be a trend among the other cleaner I've used, is you drop your stuff off, but they don't give you a ticket. Odd for sure and not what I'm used to when living in other states. Frankly, it took me awhile to relax about it. They get the job done and on-time regardless.

It had run stains on the cuffs and the end of the jacket where the maroon met the yellow, and I knew those weren't going to come out, but that was okay. I came to pick it up at the North location and one of the cuffs was missing, the other barely still attached. The sides were split open. The only part still intact was the lining. I probably would have had a better result putting it through my own washer and dryer. There was no note as to why the damages occurred. They still wanted me to pay for it, and luckily my card didn't process or I would have paid for 3/4 of the coat that I brought in. My coat is still there and I now wait to hear an answer. I do not recommend.

We had 2 big snow events this winter and the 2nd time I went to use it my tire was flat and could not inflate as it broke seal. Although he could not look at my unit for a few days he advised where he gets tire work done and advised I would be better served dealing with them directly as they would likely take care of my problem faster and perhaps at less cost.
