Precision has done a few repairs on mowers for me with very good results. A few years back I bought an Ariens snowblower from him, competitive price. We had 2 big snow events this winter and the 2nd time I went to use it my tire was flat and could not inflate as it broke seal. Called Precision and he was booked and had no room for another snowblower but he said he would reserve a spot as someone picked up their unit. Although he could not look at my unit for a few days he advised where he gets tire work done and advised I would be better served dealing with them directly as they would likely take care of my problem faster and perhaps at less cost. Been coming to Precision for many years. Guys have fixed mowers, Snowblowers, Pressure washers, etc. etc. Always professional and charge a fair price. Also will be honest about something not being worth fixing which I appreciate that. Thanks!! read more

I've been going here for years for repairs on my lawn and garden equipment. Does OK work, BUT, The owner has always been a grump but I chalked it up to dealing with stress. Not the case! Without writing a book filled with details, suffice to say he makes a habit of running down his customers. I dropped almost $ 300 there this morning for snow blower repairs and was treated poorly and cussed out for parking behind his building (where you pick up the snow blowers). Never again!!! read more

Very friendly staff. I needed a part for a Walbro carb. They must have spent 10 minutes looking for a new part, couldn't find one. They then searched in their used parts bin and found what I needed. Charged me two dollars! Incredible customer service! I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone needing small engine repair. read more
