None of the big shops in town wanted to help me but when I called C&S they squeezed me in despite the fact that it was a Saturday. They were so good to me that they even gave me a ride to and from my hotel! They work on just about everything you can imagine mechanical on a truck, except alignments, and they even overhaul truck engines. The shop is somewhat off the beaten path and even has a black shop cat that hangs around the property; it's a pretty cool place. They take pride in what they do and have a lot of experience, so I strongly recommend them!!

Streets were flooding, they had been pulling people out from flooded underpasses. But, they got to us quickly. By us, I'm talking about myself, my 13 year old son, my 10 year old daughter and our cat, Purrie. The tow truck allows up to 2 people to ride. So, another truck came out to pick up all of us and bring us to the hotel, including the car. They also advised us on some places that could fix the car. The next morning, Hook's came out again to tow our car to the shop. He held off on the payment of $40 for the short distance tow until I called our insurance company to see if they would cover it. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful, which was nice in our stressful situation. Thanks Hook's Towing!

I was told the transmission needed rebuilding, the front hub needs repairing and the radiator need replacing also, I agreed for them to do the repairs. They repaired the items they discussed with me quickly, I have no problems with that. What really got me is when the owner's daughter ( the receptionist) called and told me to get my truck off their lot today. I went in paid the remaining balance only to find out it was an incomplete repair. The technician that worked on my truck was no longer worked there and the owner stated that it was in great working condition. After inspecting my truck I was not able to get it into 4 wheel drive, the gear selector was not working and antifreeze was all over the radiator not sure it was leaking or sloppy work. I will update according to what was done about this incident.

And if that wasn't enough, they kept my vehicle inside their warm shop (not outside in a parking lot) during the nastiest winter weather, and they did all the work for less $$$ than I was quoted by the franchise that did nothing.
