They torqued off the cooling system engine bolt. Its leaking water into the air intake, which will ruin the new engine by vibration and heat. Two other independent services agreed, but the manager Rodger and their mechanic at Toy Box disagree. They reluctantly agreed to work on it 5 days later. 5 days later, they said they would fix it after they finished working on a boat. I checked back that afternoon 8.5 hours later and it wasn't finished. As I pulled in, I see the mechanic leaving off on his Harley. I asked when will my jet ski be done? Rodger said hopefully tomorrow. I asked if he had the products to fix it. He said he wasn't sure. So I went and bought the products a block away, and now having another mechanic fix it first thing in the morning. They have had two and a half months to work on this jetski and what kind of business thinks they can give a unfinished engine job back to a customer who paid 3,700$ for the jetski and engine; and I can't even ride it? Keep in mind I live three hours away and they knew that also.

The voicemail said "please don't leave messages asking about your boat, I'll call you when its done". My wife went down the next day, a week after we dropped it off. He said I might be able to "look" at it on Friday. Needless to say we took our Jet Ski and went somewhere else who had the work done the next day. Unless you have tons of time and no need for your boat to be repaired in a timely fashion go elsewhere.

Brandon aside he would check and see if they could ship the item free. Several hours later he sent this email: Re: A message from your Superior Marine & Powersports contact form, "Sorry we will not be able to offer free shipping at that price. IMO, this is false advertising and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. As of today the "IT Issue" is still offering Free Shipping on all orders.
