Streets were flooding, they had been pulling people out from flooded underpasses. But, they got to us quickly. By us, I'm talking about myself, my 13 year old son, my 10 year old daughter and our cat, Purrie. The tow truck allows up to 2 people to ride. So, another truck came out to pick up all of us and bring us to the hotel, including the car. They also advised us on some places that could fix the car. The next morning, Hook's came out again to tow our car to the shop. He held off on the payment of $40 for the short distance tow until I called our insurance company to see if they would cover it. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful, which was nice in our stressful situation. Thanks Hook's Towing!

They didn't push us to get the work done with them, and were open and transparent about what it would cost, et cetera. Even were willing to provide some positive reviews of the Honda dealership, since I had asked about them. That's a good sign for a mechanic to be willing to recommend alternatives. Eventually we did get them to do the work, and we did it all remotely (since we were then home, not in Bismark any longer). They were quick, and extremely helpful. They delviered on time, and alerted me to some other issues that they suggested I get fixed before long (without asking to do the work). All things considered, I'd definitely go back to Maas if I was looking for a mechanic in Bismark.

They were so good to me that they even gave me a ride to and from my hotel! They work on just about everything you can imagine mechanical on a truck, except alignments, and they even overhaul truck engines. The shop is somewhat off the beaten path and even has a black shop cat that hangs around the property; it's a pretty cool place. They take pride in what they do and have a lot of experience, so I strongly recommend them!!

I was recently visiting Bismarck from Grand Forks and when I went to leave town I discovered a very…read morebad coolant leak. I called around town and not many shops could work on diesels (2005 Duramax), or if they could they were booked out a week and up. I got in touch with Advanced Fleet and they said they were also booked out but understood my situation and they were willing to at least diagnose the issue if they had time that day. I arrived and they shuffled vehicles around and got the truck on a lift, pin pointed it was the water pump. They were booked out a good bit as well to do the work, but they moved appointments around and got me an appointment a few days later. Which no one else in town could do. These guys knocked out my water pump with zero issues and even allowed me to use military discount (as I'm active duty). I was also provided a shuttle service to and from the shop. Can't stress it enough how much they helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Great service all around from everyone there. Thanks again.
