Streets were flooding, they had been pulling people out from flooded underpasses. But, they got to us quickly. By us, I'm talking about myself, my 13 year old son, my 10 year old daughter and our cat, Purrie. The tow truck allows up to 2 people to ride. So, another truck came out to pick up all of us and bring us to the hotel, including the car. They also advised us on some places that could fix the car. The next morning, Hook's came out again to tow our car to the shop. He held off on the payment of $40 for the short distance tow until I called our insurance company to see if they would cover it. They were so good to me that they even gave me a ride to and from my hotel! They work on just about everything you can imagine mechanical on a truck, except alignments, and they even overhaul truck engines. The shop is somewhat off the beaten path and even has a black shop cat that hangs around the property; it's a pretty cool place.
