I have spoken to her quite often on and off over the past month or so so I can try to get my son's vehicle in there. She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in. The only issue I had was that they seem to never pick up their phone calls. I tried calling 5 times to set up an appointment to come in, but nobody ever seemed to be at the front desk. I decided just to walk in and they got me in right away.
