They worked directly with the engine manufacturer, kept us informed of the problems they discovered, and quickly made the repairs when the manufacturer made good on their warranty. And if that wasn't enough, they kept my vehicle inside their warm shop (not outside in a parking lot) during the nastiest winter weather, and they did all the work for less $$$ than I was quoted by the franchise that did nothing. I just can't say enough good things about A+. Give them a try. Your vehicle will be in good hands.

The van started out at a local dealership and they did all right, until it came to a power window issue! I can tell you this, they wanted a small fortune to fix the issue. Thank goodness for Holly at Centennial! She was polite and professional right from our first phone call! Needless to say the problem was not what the dealership had thought! And it was fixed promptly and for a great price! Keep in mind that they could have told me the same thing as the dealership!! THANK YOU!

The insurance company for the other driver recommended Centennial Collision & Paint in Bismarck North Dakota. I contacted them so that I can try and help my son out and spoke to someone named Tara. I have spoken to her quite often on and off over the past month or so so I can try to get my son's vehicle in there. She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in. If I could give more than five stars I would, but unfortunately I can only give five. If anyone is reading this, and they need to get their vehicle repaired, I encourage you to go here and speak to Tara, ask for her and she'll help you out. Trust me

I was told the transmission needed rebuilding, the front hub needs repairing and the radiator need replacing also, I agreed for them to do the repairs. They repaired the items they discussed with me quickly, I have no problems with that. What really got me is when the owner's daughter ( the receptionist) called and told me to get my truck off their lot today. I went in paid the remaining balance only to find out it was an incomplete repair. The technician that worked on my truck was no longer worked there and the owner stated that it was in great working condition. After inspecting my truck I was not able to get it into 4 wheel drive, the gear selector was not working and antifreeze was all over the radiator not sure it was leaking or sloppy work. I will update according to what was done about this incident.

Streets were flooding, they had been pulling people out from flooded underpasses. But, they got to us quickly. By us, I'm talking about myself, my 13 year old son, my 10 year old daughter and our cat, Purrie. The tow truck allows up to 2 people to ride. So, another truck came out to pick up all of us and bring us to the hotel, including the car. They also advised us on some places that could fix the car. The next morning, Hook's came out again to tow our car to the shop. He held off on the payment of $40 for the short distance tow until I called our insurance company to see if they would cover it. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful, which was nice in our stressful situation. Thanks Hook's Towing!
