Then they sent me a shirt color that I did not pick out via email. So they dropped the ball on something as easy as a color of shirt. They may be color blind who knows. So then they gave me the price wich was substantial but I just needed these shirts so I said ok Print them up. Another ten days goes by & they failed to contact me so I called again & he says to me "Let me call you back" He did not call me back! These folks are very unprofessional & I would not even consider for even a moment of doing business with this guys.

I indicated that I require a shoe with a wide width, and then indicated if the display does not indicate wide widths we don't have them. I then asked he could please check your store to if by any chance you might a pair on the shelves. He told me if they are not indicated come in a wide width you don't have any on hand. I then asked if could order a pair me on and have sent to my house as on some my prior purchases of this brand of shoe, his response was that was to online and look for what I wanted and order them myself. It appear if my sale was not going to be a quick sale or if was not one the youths purchasing back to school shoes, he was not interested in helping me. Now we are told to support our local businesses, but if this the kind of service we are going receive we might just well go the big box stores.

I did see some underlayer stuff that would have been great for keeping warm, but many did not have prices displayed and the ones that did were expensive. The store is full of merchandise. Every display is well packed and it's all put way, stacked or fluffed properly. Nothing on the floor and nothing untidy, which is likely because I ran into the manager twice as I walked my circuit of the store. She stayed in close contact as I let her know that we needed a store for our members up and running as soon as possible. The same day I walked into her store and picked out the apparel/items that we wanted to add to our own store, she contacted me that very night with a timeline of how things would pan out. She was able to mock up proofs within a couple days of us sharing what we wanted and she stayed true to her timeline. She kept our company updated with where we were in the process from start to finish and our products were ready when we needed them. Ashley had great suggestions and was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely use her and Go Promo for future stores we put on.

They fixed it on the spot, explained to me how to avoid the problem in the future, and didn't change me anything for the repair. (And unlike some places in Bismarck, I didn't get any side eye for being a guy who sews.) They also have a good selection of vacuum cleaners for sale in the store. Their prices are good and, unlike the big box stores, theirs come with a warranty and they'll fix them for you if needed. They have a little parking lot. Their entrance is from the parking lot, not the main side of the street that their address is on. It's actually a little hard to see where they are until you drive past it, because of how the sign is angled -- I'll post a pic to clarify. I'd definitely recommend this place for your vacuum and sewing needs in western North Dakota.

I always bring my vintage sewing machines to be serviced at J&R. Chase is my go to technician. He is amazing at what he does! If the issue with your sewing machines is fixable, he will make it happen! He has an amazing amount of knowledge and he has so much passion for what he does, I appreciate that in a technician, thats when you know your machines are in good hands! I would recommend J&R to everyone because they are the best of the best in what they offer and do!!
