But then I saw a trailer at a good price. The store site said they had 2 available. I decided to try again and paid for the trailer. I received an email saying the trailer was ready for pick up. I again drove the 70 miles one way. The bar card and order number did not work at the pickup area and I had to wait for a real person. When the worker, who was very nice, tried to access my order he aso was unable and he went to his boss who was able to access my order. This time we purchased the extended warranty plan direct from Whirlpool. Because we ranch 35 miles north of Bismarck, Lowes wanted $180 for installation, which we declined. My son and I installed the new Whirlpool the next day and discovered it was not receiving water in the wash tub, although the line checked out fine. We called Whirlpool and they in turn contacted Appliance Solutions and provided us with a number and point of contact, Joshua. Although it took him a few days to get to us (early season blizzard), Joshua was very professional, had a new water inlet solenoid and was meticulous about his work. We highly recommend him and his business. Rik and Kari, Triple J Ranch, Wilton, ND
