While my sales agent/manager Tracy Ackland was exceptional, trying her best to work out a complicated delivery and relocation of a washer, we were not able to come to a perfect arrangement. However, I was assured a morning delivery would be manageable tomorrow. Instead, I got an AI response that my delivery would be between 2:30 and 6:30 pm. This was unacceptable so I called in to request an earlier delivery. 1st of all, your AI service is the worst I've ever dealt with and it took me 1/2 hour before I could reach a human. I should have stuck with dealing with the bot, because the human was clearly less qualified to deal with a customer complaint than the bot. Rude, foreign, unapologetic, unwavering, unhelpful, rude. You have completely inconvenienced me by this and I will likely cancel my credit card and take my business elsewhere in the future. Once again, Tracy was magnificent. Everything else about this experience was deplorable.

(And unlike some places in Bismarck, I didn't get any side eye for being a guy who sews.) They also have a good selection of vacuum cleaners for sale in the store. Their prices are good and, unlike the big box stores, theirs come with a warranty and they'll fix them for you if needed. They have a little parking lot. Their entrance is from the parking lot, not the main side of the street that their address is on. It's actually a little hard to see where they are until you drive past it, because of how the sign is angled -- I'll post a pic to clarify. I'd definitely recommend this place for your vacuum and sewing needs in western North Dakota.

We called Whirlpool and they in turn contacted Appliance Solutions and provided us with a number and point of contact, Joshua. Although it took him a few days to get to us (early season blizzard), Joshua was very professional, had a new water inlet solenoid and was meticulous about his work.
