J Jenkins Worst…read morebuying experience ever, ripped us off, an item was to be shipped direct to me (as arranged by phone by the manager to the Company as we stood and waited) from the Company the following Weds. and came to me finally 5 days after the promised date looking factory sealed, and find the body for the item stolen out of the box, come to find out after I left the store, the manager had the item shipped to the store so he could steal the body and send the rest of the contents to me. This is not the 1st time the manager gave very poor customer service! Also when dealing with this matter by phone he continued to raise his voice until he said what he wanted with out finishing listening to my wife about the situation, then threatened my wife and hung up (side note here, that is a Federal punishable crime ) Also when confronted in the store about a previous item he yelled and carried on until we got what we came in for ( a defective item) A person spends over $2100.00 in a weeks time and gets treated like this makes for a very good reason not to support a local downtown business. I have had far better treatment from big box stores for way less money spent. As someone else said...con artist!!! No worries, we will not be back along with several other potential customers. And by the way manager....quit threatening everyone involved, it just makes my review stronger, I hope you are happy with yourself messing with a former customer having multiple disabilities and multiple people witnessing your behavior.

When it arrived from the person I bought it from, it kind of felt like it rocked back and forth quite a bit so naturally I went to ChatGPT for an answer. It gave me a diagnosis and a few references for shops to help me get it fixed. I contacted Steve after a few others said they couldn't or would need to inspect it before providing me a quote. I sent him a video of the issue. He replied back saying just ship it and he'd take care of it! There are not many people in life that will help you out like that, whether they know you or not. I've never met Steve in person but I sure do appreciate him and everything he does. Rest assured if I ever have any business to give him or send his way, he will always be #1 in my speed dial. When I attempted to return the movie the next day before work (and before the store opened), the return box was padlocked shut resulting in me getting a late fee as I couldn't return it until the next day at that point. When I mentioned this return box being locked shut, the guy at the counter told me I was lying and started arguing with me saying he personally unlocks it every night. That's definitely not true as I spent 3 minutes like an idiot looking for a way to put the return in the box that was padlocked shut. I paid for the late fee because 50 cent's isn't worth arguing about. I will never give them my business again and I urge you to avoid them as well.

I was first told they could not deliver my product via air because it was hazardous. (Could have said that before ordering?) I responded back to send it ground. Over a week later I called and a woman named Natalie told me the item was being shipped direct from the manufacturer but she didn't have the right tracking number in front of her. (Nor did I, and reputable companies send out a tracking number to every customer when it is shipped.) She called me back a half hour later and told me UPS sent my package to NY instead. She tried to assure me they had the right address but UPS messed it up and are looking for it. (Sure, Right) She took no responsibility nor did she sound like she gave a toot!! I then asked her to send me the tracking number so I could follow up myself with UPS. A little later she said that she would not provide me with the number (WHAT? the number I should have been provided with to begin with??!?) and that they were handling it and in the same email said that they were crediting my account and I should order somewhere else!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! See email below from Natalie in customer service "I am told that we have to deal directly with UPS because this was shipped from us. UPS will only give us the information and will not be able to give you any additional information We are going to credit your card for your total amount and you can order this test kit elsewhere. If UPS can track down your package we have asked them to forward it to you and you will then get it for free." WOW! I won't hold my breath about the item being sent to me for free. LOL My guess is there never was a tracking number and they totally messed up and tried to pin the blame on UPS. Totally unprofessional and gutless if you ask me.
