By a stupid mistake, I became locked out of my house. I could get into the garage because I have an outdoor garage opener. However, I also locked myself out of the house if entering through the garage. Like I said, by a stupid mistake. Luckily, I had my phone. I asked it to find local locksmiths. Warren's was the closest. I called, and spoke with a very kind receptionist named Carolyn. Carolyn informed me that the tech that would perform the lock pick to get me into my house was an hour away. He's at a job that he cannot leave until he has completely secured the building. I didn't like the delay, I felt very good that an individual is securing a commercial building and then coming to fix my piddly, stupid problem. Anthony showed up, an hour after I spoke to Carolyn, he introduced himself, and got to work picking my house door lock. Less than 10 minutes later, I was in. I couldn't thank Anthony enough. And I can't rate Warrens high enough. They were polite, fast, and very careful to explain the situation as to the delay for the locksmith tech to arrive.
