The only thing these guys do timely is try to beat their competitors to a job and bully their way into work. This is by far the most despicable bunch of scam artists their is. Do not let them cut out your walls and spray their stuff all over your ceilings. They love to do this even when it's not necessary so they can pad their charges. They typically can take a $500 job and turn it into a $3000 job so they can scam your insurance company which scams us all. They will recommend doing things that are not damaged to pad their charges and kick back to their customers or padding extra work for their buddies around town. There are other businesses around town that do the same work these clowns do and they do it honestly so why would you call these thieves? Its not just the owner, it trickles down to all their dirty employees. The work they do requires a fan and a dehumidifier and a little knowledge you can easily find online or a monkey could teach you. They do not do any construction at all, they hire other people to do additional services and severely inflate the price so just call an expert directly and vet them properly and AVOID THESE THIEVES!!!!! read more

The Arrow Team is AMAZING to work with. I have gotten to work with Brock at my personal residence, as well when working with clients in the purchase or sale of real estate. Brock was extremely responsive in the initial damage mitigation, directing a team to remove all damaged property and stop the spread of the water. Brock followed up with our insurance company as he handed the repairs and restoration to Alex and Jake. Our situation was fairly complex and Jake was upfront at every turn, stating the facts and assumptions he knew at the time. Even when a last minute hiccup seemed to cause yet another setback, the Arrow gentlemen came back to ensure we were taken care of. Arrow is a great company to work with. Two nights before leaving on vacation, we had water damage from a broken water main. After thoroughly drying up water damage, they had the flooring replaced by the time we came back from vacation. It was very nice not to have to deal with all the issues while on vacation. This could have easily ruined our vacation. This was our second experience with Arrow. The first was also very satisfying. Hopefully we never need them again, but if we do, we will call Arrow!! The Arrow Team does fantastic work. We suffered flood damage on three floors from a broken heat pipe. They were there within a short period of time and began the clean up immediately. Then they assessed the damage, worked with our insurance company and provided us a schedule for repair. The good news is they completed the project ahead of schedule and the work was fantastic; you would never know there was significant damage. The Arrow Team is great. read more
