Our boiler was "fixed" by Rivers Edge. It was running heat to one zone of our home nonstop. I was not home when they completed the work, but got neither request. Not sure if they ignored request to include the A/C, or if it can't be done, since the other request was also not done. The invoice I received from them came in via email and was actually just a receipt. The price we paid was included but no breakdown of parts/labor/travel. I was curious, as the first technician was unable to complete the work and the owner ended up coming out to finish the job. Total cost was in the $600 range. Ultimately, the fix did not fix our problem. I still had heat at all times. I called Rivers Edge after hours to ask if it would be bad for the system to just turn it completely on & off until it could be fixed. The owner told me he would have to check on that and get back to me. I've never heard from him again.
