I immediately had trouble with Family Tree Maker software (which is all I use the computer for). The software company could not get the software to install. I took it to C-RAM and the staff was defensive and blamed the software. I never did get it to install and I'd used this software for a decade! (This was a new version too). This week it was determined by C-Ram the software they installed was corrupted and the hard drive needed to be replaced. The computer is Just over a year old, just out of warranty, never ran the software we wanted it too! C-Ram would not cover the cost of a new hard drive. We opted to not have C-Ram fix the hard drive. They then billed us $45 for looking at it! Do not buy a computer here! The machine was substandard and the service is not what I expect from a local business,

I just knew I was tired of not seeing well, even with my glasses. Someone called almost immediately to set up an appointment. After a bunch of tests Dr. Mollman told me I do need cataract surgery and since I also had astigmatism I would benefit from Toric lenses if I chose to go that route. I did decide to go with the Toric lenses so now 3 weeks later, after wearing glasses for 50 years + I have 20/20 vision in both eyes & only use "cheaters" to read small print. Sometimes professionalism and efficiency get in the way of "bedside manner", but Dr Mollman and all the nurses and supporting staff at both clinics and the Surgery Center are all very good at what they do but are also very caring and considerate.

One was a vintage canvas jacket with high sentimental value and brown stains all over the front pockets, and the other an expensive linen blazer. Arrowhead flagged the stains and they were clean and ready four days later, as good as new. This was probably my third or fourth time using them, and I have received consistent service every time.

However, for business guy I struggle for a place that can clean and box my stuff. Don't waste your money on Arrowhead cleaners. I owe them a disappointing review which I will table for now. Turitto's is the only dry cleaner I will use from here on out. They haven't lost or damaged anything over the last year. And, they've helped me do some quick alterations in a time crunch before my next business meeting. My only critique, and this seems to be a trend among the other cleaner I've used, is you drop your stuff off, but they don't give you a ticket. Odd for sure and not what I'm used to when living in other states. Frankly, it took me awhile to relax about it. They get the job done and on-time regardless.

It had run stains on the cuffs and the end of the jacket where the maroon met the yellow, and I knew those weren't going to come out, but that was okay. I came to pick it up at the North location and one of the cuffs was missing, the other barely still attached. The sides were split open. The only part still intact was the lining. I probably would have had a better result putting it through my own washer and dryer. There was no note as to why the damages occurred. They still wanted me to pay for it, and luckily my card didn't process or I would have paid for 3/4 of the coat that I brought in. My coat is still there and I now wait to hear an answer.
