When I mentioned this return box being locked shut, the guy at the counter told me I was lying and started arguing with me saying he personally unlocks it every night. That's definitely not true as I spent 3 minutes like an idiot looking for a way to put the return in the box that was padlocked shut. I paid for the late fee because 50 cent's isn't worth arguing about. I will never give them my business again and I urge you to avoid them as well.

I was first told they could not deliver my product via air because it was hazardous. (Could have said that before ordering?) I responded back to send it ground. (Nor did I, and reputable companies send out a tracking number to every customer when it is shipped.) She called me back a half hour later and told me UPS sent my package to NY instead. She tried to assure me they had the right address but UPS messed it up and are looking for it. (Sure, Right) She took no responsibility nor did she sound like she gave a toot!! I then asked her to send me the tracking number so I could follow up myself with UPS. A little later she said that she would not provide me with the number (WHAT? the number I should have been provided with to begin with??!?) and that they were handling it and in the same email said that they were crediting my account and I should order somewhere else!! UPS will only give us the information and will not be able to give you any additional information We are going to credit your card for your total amount and you can order this test kit elsewhere. LOL My guess is there never was a tracking number and they totally messed up and tried to pin the blame on UPS. Totally unprofessional and gutless if you ask me.
